Don't close your eyes if you feel sick. Look at the horizon. The reason you feel motion sick is because your mind can't work out what is going on based on the various inputs it's getting. If you focus on something, like the horizon, then your body and mind have a chance to recalibrate what's happening to you.
yup this is exactly why if you’re seasick you should go to an upper open deck and look out to sea, your brain will figure it out by grounding itself to context that makes sense to the motion it’s sensing
My grandpa said the same thing "look at the horizon", we were riding a ride called "ocean motion (i think)" at Cedar point in Ohio. Anyway my grandpa was in ww2 in the Pacific and talked about how bad the waves could be but i also remember him saying "you guys think this ride is bad trying going to the bathroom on a boat in a storm."
It is sad that they got off so fast, leaving her to feel ashamed. I know throw up is gross, but they should have atleast comforted her and said, everything will be okay.

Such aren’t true friends, at least this swing ride is something worth taking after, because it let you see clearly what kind of person they are, leaving you in the lurch, such ppl will also leave you if any sorts of emergency🆘 befalls🙄🤦🏻♀️ It’s best to leave them immediately & seek true new friends, which you will. If you can’t take such pressure, don’t accommodate them. But I really need to say, the next person taking this swing ride, especially the one taking right after you is gonna to have a big headache😅
I have a phobia of throw up, so I would be the same way. Just seeing it in the video made me throw my phone. So you would call me a bad friend too if you saw me. But I did feel so bad that she was basically throwing up in her hands while covering her whole face bc she didn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable and she was probably embarrassed.
Maybe trying to overcome it or just want to take one for the team, i used to be very motion sick when on a plane or ride but after doing it so much because i really didn’t have a choice, I was used to it.
Poor girl. I give her credit for trying the ride. Unfortunately, she got sick. Piece of shit friends! I hope she got rid of them. Especially, the one in the middle, no effing compassion. Instead of comforting her, she is pushing her aware with her arm and making fun of her!

When i saw her vomit I began dry wrenching vomit. That was gross to watch. I showed my daughter and shes turned off riding it now. I'd vomit if I smelt someone's vomit!! Glad you all had a great time.
