As a GM Thor and Thor main: you dont het hammers back by standing in the dome. You get them back by doing a melee after using an ability (even the awakening rune), or when he *uses the dome* he gets 1 hammer per enemy that was inside it when he placed it. Leaving the dome puts a slow and does a small amount of damage to the person leaving. He's most vulnerable while he's using the awakening rune (throwing lightning) because he can no longer generate shields for 7 seconds.
The best advice i've gotten is, the best counter for the enemy team, is swaping characters, if you are not doing well as dps this match switch with your tank or healer, if you are having problem playing idk moon knight switch to another hero, if you are healing little with an adam switch to another healer, if you arr dying as venom then switch to magneto or strange for a shield, people that adapt win more matches
This is a great guide especially for new players trying to understand the game and what Heroes do it also let's them know what are the strenghts and weaknesses of the Heroes they might be considering playing.
As a Peni player, I can say that shooting her nest is key, but a good Peni player will throw down a web from her alt-fire and recall the nest (putting it on a cooldown based on how much damage it takes up to 15 seconds if completely destroyed). If Peni catches wind that her nest is about to get burst down, she will drop the nest, stay in the web she created till cooldown resets and then re-place the nest in a better location (if Peni catches it early enough the cooldown is as little as a few seconds, maybe 6ish on average). It's during the point where she shoots down to make a web that she is vulnerable as she cannot CC for a few seconds (or block shots with the web, which is another property her Alt-Fire has). Any situation where you force a Peni to have to web the ground below her is the best time to take her out.
Been playing black widow a lot and I think a lot of people pretty much got her playstyle wrong, frankly when I’m at my best is when I’m playing her about the same range I would play punisher, black widow is kind of a back up to a tank or melee dps, get 1 shot in suddenly the person your tank is fighting sees their health go down by 100 hp and watch them panic. your kick will when it connects allows for a second kick that stuns which you can either use to escape if your good score a headshot for an insta kill, or switch to her batons for melee A great way to think of it is like this Punisher is your Assualt rifle, Black widow is your battle rifle, Hela is your designated marksman rifle, Hawkeye is your sniper rifle
I totally agree with you. I enjoy black widow as well but I do wish they can do something with her. In comparison to other characters it’s kinda like why would I pick black widow when I have these other options.
@@DuckFilmstvI get the feeling she will be the new Hawkeye when season 1 rolls out, she is getting a damage buff as part of the seasonal buff (where Hawkeye is loosing his) and considering a headshot from black widow without a buff leaves squishies with like 1 health it’s going to be headshots=insta death on 250hp characters, coupled with her maneuverability being about the same as Hawkeye, her scope gives her more accurate range shots, I think black widow will be the new meta come season 1

This is the first time i have a shooter semi seriously like this so this video is a god send. I just need to learn shooter fundamentals as a typaclly single player person.
as a magneto main, let me counter the suggestions. his ult can only absorb 800 damage. so if everyone focuses him during his ult, you can make it fail in about 0.5 seconds. his projectile is slow, and very hard to land on any mobile and short target. i have aimed straight at a melee character running straight at me and missed every shot. Magneto floats so his projectile originates up high. characters like wolverine are all but unhittable with magneto as he is fast and short. magneto is very overrated. he is hard to burst down, and if he has full rings, and he lands every shot, he can burst a squishy down. move. do not move in a straight line. magneto has to lead his shots, even at point blank range. he has to land a basic and a full ring mag cannon and then another basic. the last basic is easy to land as the mag cannon will knock you back if it was used with full rings. but landing the first 2 attacks is not easy and he needs to build rings again after he shoots his shot. any dive character wins against magneto, even if they are tanks. magneto has low damage and his shots are not easy to land. just make sure you are not being easy to predict and have your team focus him in his ult. it is very hard to know if your ult is about to dud as magneto and it is useless if you use it early. worst thing you can do is stop shooting, because at 4 seconds of floating, he can one shot a squishy with it with no absorbed damage. he has a counter ult that is countered by everything. a spidey ult will dud the magneto ult almost instantly. magneto has less shielding ability than strange for almost all scenarios. magneto has 0 mobility. magneto has a burst that is hard to land and that is about it. dont get hit with his basic, mag cannon, basic combos which is easy because he must land 2 slow moving projectiles in a row. your dps is very high if you land every shot, and magnetos ult has a MASSIVE hitbox for absorbing damage. just unload and his ult will dud before he knows it is being overloaded and has a chance to pick a target. if he does throw the orb early, it does no damage. he has to wait 4 seconds and that is plenty of time to dud the ult by overloading it. now, if they do what they need to do for his ult, and remove the absorb limit, then the advice from the video is correct.
As an iron fist main i can day its true however it works in reverse an iron fist who sticks with his team fighting a team that is also sticking together is a menace especially if he mastered the in and out technique getting in hitting a few punches blocking hitting a few more then leaving using his kick and jumps healing and going back in 5 seconds later (doing damage not securing kills) will be the biggest issue even if you focus fire him he will disengage before you kill him in that case your best bet is to stun lock him focus fire for 1-2 seconds then focus on the rest of the team its the best strategy by far!
I really enjoy and appreciate the in-depth analysis you give for each character, in the future would you be up to doing long videos on each character individually? Most hero guides are just people listing off abilities as if it wasn’t already apparent lol, but not many people will talk about that specific heroes best way to play for certain team comps, enemy team comps, how to play best against their counter, maps/pathing, modes, etc.
For sure I enjoy doing in depth videos when I do guides I talk about abilities like most but I usually go into detail about exact damage. But I will be talking about comps and more already have lots of videos planned 🦆
Very good and well written guide ❤ Very clear and concise too I suggest grouping characters by their roles although timestamps has done a great job here 👍 Another thing I suggest to improve the quality as video guide is to show footage of said skills when talking about it. It would be better to see both ally and opponent perspective on how the skills would look like. New players might grasp what you are talking about but have a hard time visualizing it. I didn’t appreciate you describing Loki’s domain ability as making them “very hard to kill.” The main reason he’s so strong in lower ranks is because of the lack of understanding :/ Anyone inside the range just heals the damage you try to deal to them, so it’s actually impossible to kill them if they are in range.
No one ever mentions starlord countering Jeff ult with his ult. It’s a hard counter because you can’t miss his fin when ulting. I’ve saved so many teammates maining starlord
Why do you bother having the visual heal representation setting on for Adam? Won't that make aiming more difficult? It's not like he heals or damages with his primary fire like Luna Snow does. You have to press E to heal, and it isn't exactly a skill shot.
Kind of weird that your gameplay of mantis showed you shooting at your own teammates the same amount if not more than your enemies. You don’t want to accidentally make new people looking for this video to think that her primary fire heals teammates.
C&D ult is super useful to save for either important pushes or countering enemy ults. By stacking the 3 trails on the same area you gain 660 healing per second, which is enough to survive almost anything that doesn’t outright one shot you. Dark teleportation is more useful for single instance ults, like scarlet witch, Ironman, magneto, Jeff, etc. It’s other downside besides short duration and long cooldown is that allies in the area will not be protected if they use abilities or reload, sometimes causing them to die avoidable deaths.
@yazfx8285 yes pop domain get a heal then you have 6 seconds to calmly pick where to teleport Or pop domain if you're close to a wall you go invisible and dip. Exactly what I mean
My guy, were you even paying attention during the Iron Fist segment? He also said to bait out the parry. And damage/cc after the parry is on cool down. You'd also be surprised how many people focus on just getting enemy ko's instead of working as a team to complete the actual objective.
It's not too hard to counter him. Loki is a good counter since you can switch place with your clone, or use shift ability. Baiting the reflect then sleeping him with mantis works. The biggest tip is just paying attention to flanks so you can see him coming and call it out to team or get closer to your teammates

As a Peni main, I feel I need to say this. First, you misspelled her name in the video chapter and second you didn't mention to avoid her webs if possible, as she can conceal her mines in them.
I personally think Adam Walock is reallyy good against black panther unless If black panther Times Adam’s cooldowns since All Adam needs to do is heal once and BPs combo Is ruined.
@@woofqqdd5586you should be able to pressure her. What I’ve found is they typically teleport behind you or keep retreating in the same direction teleporting, after 2 she’s dead to rights

I play c&d main and dagger can hit iron man pretty easily, not much damage but her daggers have a large hit area and it forces him to reposition

Good to note that groot is a good counter to any snipers or strategists, those walls cut off vital sightlines for hits and heals
Yep! And make sure when you're groot that you put your walls in stupid spots that cut off your supports and team from getting to the point!

A Namor with Luna buff will make a Panther, Spiderman, and really any divers life a living hell.
Where is Grocoon or Groff counter?! It's important.
Just pick Iron Fist or Penny Parker to spam CC, it will throw them off Groot...

14:55 why didn’t you use dark TP to counter Jeff ult. She literally hard counters him and the timing is super easy once you get it down.

How can cloak and dagger counter star loads ult? 😭I tried to use cloaks terror cape but his star lords ult last longer than the cape
cloak makes u dodge the bullets for like a second , but ur gonna die if he stays on you after cloak wears off

Valid question I recommend a hero like namor try to play with your team and at a distance you never want to put yourself into a 1v1 against her.

Have to disagree. Use time stamps. Long form content offers a much more in depth analysis on all the characters as oppose to one or two cheese tips.
