- Law enforcement agencies in Europe have told the BBC the continent is facing a cocaine crisis.
The United Nations has warned that production of the drug surged by a third in just one year after a slowdown during the pandemic.
In the UK, the National Crime Agency said it’s driving an increase in knife and gun crime among gangs.
International police forces are now on the lookout for more submarines packed with drugs bringing cocaine from South America.

What's hilarious is this isn't the first time it's happened. Ludwig Fainberg supposedly was offered the chance to buy a nuclear submarine by the Bratva after the Soviet Union collapsed. Apparently they also asked him "with or without missiles?"
Yeah for that much value I’d look into building my own fleet into fully submersible with battery power, chemical oxygen producers, a desalinator, and an actual decent poop and eject system.

Total waste of money and resources. If somebody wants to stick a bag of snoopy up their nose every day then that's their problem. Just de-criminalize drugs and spend the money on education and treatment instead. That takes away the income from criminals and saves far more lives in the long run.
Easiest way to destroy your people and civilization
The largest consumers of cocaine in Spain are those who make laws, so they know what they are doing.
Because children end up with it, families are destroyed by it, drug wars start, stealing, killing etc to buy the drug. The hospital system has to sort out the mess, try and save lives the tax payer has to fund the support and hospital costs..that means it cost US all either way. The people that sell it are happy,, that all the buyers are off there face and really dont care about anyone so long as you are hooked and buy MORE.

Eventually our leaders will have to listen to the people as there will be a tipping point, mainly because large investors will start to apply preasure onto them as they see a market demand forming.
The revenue stream prisons generate from drug offenders is I would imagine probably would of the largest groups, and as you imply alot of the people making the laws don't want that to happen, but I say f 'em. They've had their day, now is the time for the world to put behind it system which no longer serve it, and bring about system which do serve it. This pretty much could be said for most systems of our soceity.

If cocaine were legal the price would plummet so much that it wouldn't be economically viable to produce and distribute it. The Americans have a saying don't work harder, work smarter. Legalising a lot of drugs would be far smarter than the totally failed "war on drugs": and no, I'm jot a consumer.
