Memorial for British and Commonwealth Soldiers at Sachsenhausen - Berlin

Whilst walking round the burial and memorial grounds at Sachsenhausen I came across a Memorial for British and Commonwealth Soldiers interned at Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp and who perished there or elsewhere at the hands of their captors.
