It must be hard for Garp he is in a no win situation if he help luffy and garp he gets in trouble and probably gets executed too. If he chooses the side of the marines then he still lose Ace. The best thing for Garp to do here is nothing, not take either side just sit and watch
I dont know why in One piece the evil characters are made to be saw as good. Then, Doflamingo and Crocodile seem on the same level. This arc could be better than this
