Fish is also a great way to raise alchemy, all be it a slow way. You can normally make money on breaking fish down into dawn lake essence and when you break them down into the dawn lake essence you raise your alchemy level as well.
Archeage's land is very limited and if you had watched some of my videos before the game launched you could have had all the land you wanted. I gathered 27 houses on 1 server within 2 hours! Learn the tricks to getting land on Auroira when it opens and don't get left out again
I don't get it. Higher proficiency lowers the labor needed for things, but it also seems to lower the proficiency gained? I see his alchemy skill rising in increments of 8 instead of 10. Thanks for the video though, I've been leveling mainly on potions (and since 10k some Hourglasses), but the disintegration thing seems a nice and cheap way to power through.
Yes, because your proficiency is all based on how much labor you spent. Leveling does technically get harder as you level it up but by then you have a lot of good things to craft and it won't really seem grindy anymore. Once you hit 20k dahuta's bubble are great and then all the pigments you will need or want to sell for profit
50 or so gold, for about 2000 proficiency? you say you don't lose much money, but that's a complete gold investment with no financial return. only labor. You don't get any money back. For 10k that would cost you 250 gold. That's a HUGE investment, especially for F2P players, or people who aren't ahead on the AH. to get to 70k? that's 1, 750 gold. I agree this is the fastest way, but for most people it's not really an option. Mana pots are going to be more cost effective. (of course this depends on your server.
You make your return once you hit 10k and start crafting vicious glossy oils and then again at 20k when you can craft the bubble potions. It was extremely profitable to rush up fast and get those bubble potions _sold a whole bunch at 8=10g a pop when I was the 1st alchemist at 20k) out there you will make a lot of money with very little effort . After you reach 20k you never have to use any archeum shards to level up as you can make money off dahuta's buubble and level up your crafting skills. You wont be able to sell them for 10g a pop anymore they now are like 50-90silver per now on my server but you still make money as it only cost about 30-40 silver to make
Bubble potions only cost 40silver roughly if you buy all mats on AH and even on the headstart servers you still can make 15-50silver profits from selling them depeding on how many you sell at a time. I still sell bubble potions in bunches of 1 for 95ish silver making a 55silver profit per each and if i wanted to sell latger bunches I would have to sell them for about 55silver and still make 15 silver per pot. Again this is on the headstart servers the very 1st ones. On the newer servers I have an account an alch there again selling bubble potion and make cost is 45silver per buying all mats and you can sell for 1-2 gold per pot still.
I agree you can make a profit, but IDK if it's really worth it. I suppose you're getting alch proficiency and making about 1 gold per stack, but if you just buy flower/fruit and cut them up you can make 50g in a matter of minutes. Granted you're leveling gathering instead of alch. But my point is just that the returns on the investment aren't so quick. If you can make 1000 bubble pots and sell them in a few minutes I suppose you can corner the market and make a nice profit, but with everyone doing that the price will drop. I just want to clarify, I think the method is great for speed leveling. It just takes a considerable investment. It's not as affordable as your video makes it seem. Otherwise I would gladly buy the mats and do it myself. And I think that needs to be mentioned.

Although they seem to be staying low so it could also be the fact that this is a head start servers with all the ballers that paid 50+ to play and they are throwing a shit load of money into the game. As I am noticing the newer servers have less cash shop items for sale and prices are way higher.
JASON WIVART I doubt your cluster is much bigger, both of our clusters include 4 servers 3 of them headstart I believe, and since our queues were (and are) much worse I dont see how yours can be any bigger. I also believe that on my server at least (Kyprosa) there are much less bots
