I would like to share a small story, a story of a father who came to Bombay, the city of dreams to create his identity and to be a part of this world beyond Imagination called " Bollywood ". Was in his youth, tried the best he can to become an Actor. Things actually started turning good, he acted in various movies like Ittefaq starring sunil shetty and Sajan starring salman khan naming the few. But he got married, responsibilities took over dreams. He was suppose to take care of his family his two sons, entire future of his family depended upon a Choice. A choice in which he has to sacrifice his Dreams. What did he do? He chose family over Dreams. A father was strong to take this call for his family. 32 years he worked as a government employee, keeping his dream in his heart. After retiring from his gov job, after 32 long years he gave this choice to his family, whether he should go for a secure job post retirement or chase his dreams again. How could I say no to man who sacrificed his dreams for me, I said yes, we all said yes.
This was the story of my Father , now an Actor.

Wow, i know most of you won't read this but i am a 19 year old Guy living in Los Angeles, i am Gujarati, studying in college, it has always been my dream to become a Bollywood Hero
ever since i started watching movies from early age, they always intrigued me, i would also dace to certain songs like Chumma Chumma, Dhoom Machale, My name is lakhan ect.
I also want to become a famous Bollywood Hero.
I am at the stage of life where i don't know whether to study or go to Mumbai right now,
I don't want to be 35 and look back and regret that i should have taken a chance in my 20s to be a Bollywood Hero.
I just hope things work out, what ever i do, i be happy, and i hope you all follow your passion with heart and try to do something that you love for the rest of your life.
If you read this, thank you for taking a few seconds out of your life to read about someone whom you don't even know right now.

I can so relate to this as my dad also wanted to be an actor, but unfortunately he had to choose between his aspiration and his family and he went for his family. I still wish to see him on big screen some day. The smile on the father's face in this video from the movie sets - i saw the same kind of smile on my father's face when i took him to Madam Tussaud's museum where we took pictures with Amitabh Bachan (his favorite actor) and Aiswarya Rai. I also was lucky enough to be able to take him to the place where Mohabatein gurukul scenes were shot - He had that special smile and happiness on his face which ill never ever forget in my life while he walked through the places that Amitabh Bachan walked while acting in that movie. It was at that point my dad said - you can throw away all your guilt for not being able to sort my financial issues thinking about this one moment. I had never seen him that happy before. I know that the dream to act is still within him although he says its not there anymore. So for me it feels like my own story. Thanks Google for such a wonderful ad :)
