Just because you're out of high school doesn't mean you quit being a bully.. Even grown men can be bullies.
The problem about the drugs when searching someone's locker is that the person who being accused of something has to be present and staff and police can't take it upon themselves to search a locker and then come barging into the classroom and accuse them for having the drugs in there locker and saying we found them in there locker and the person being accused can challenge them and to prove themselves that they found the drugs in the locker

It's hard for kids that age to grasp & not care what other people think about them. These bullies ( aka The Devil's Children) don't know what their victims are going thru & and that they have low self esteem. They add salt to the wound. Maybe Awareness of how not to care about what others think & to learn to feel confident needs to be emphasized more out there. Been there done that.
