Same. I remember I was a junior in high school when this came out and I seriously watched Steven Hamilton’s part every single time before going out to ride. Would get so pumped and to this day, it’s still one of my favorite videos.
Edwin De La Rosa The most influential street rider of all time 2019 & everyone still on his style 4 pegs, brakeless, hella barspins, spin tricks and grinds, mad tech
@@dantherman4202 The young people of today we all have the same style with the same style e bmx ... in the 2000s people all had a different style edwin was the father of real street
the way i remember my teenage and mid 20 years ....inspirational till this day was brilliant seeing this again.luvin the street set up bikes back then too looks sick and rideing looked way more harder .....love it .
Cant sleep on Edwin though, I remember seeing his what 18 tooth sprocket and just being mind blown while I was riding a 44/13 or something..This video was the breaking edge of modern BMX which I must say...fell off..But maybe thats me growing up in that era.
@@bighashgang1990 yeah, 25/9 is the standard now but at the release of the video it was still relatively new. At the time I thought I read he rode a 18t or something smaller than a 25 and thinking it was insane..Maybe I could be mistaken it was 22 years ago whenever I read about it..👴
13 years later and this video never gets old, just about the time 8" rise bars were slowly trending, and if they were too tall the introduction of the down low down stem.
Hell yea!!! Thanks for uploading this, I've been looking for this since the end of high school(3 or so years ago) I only found 1 site and it had it but it was in sections.
I’ll never forget this video man, such good times when this dropped. Need to get back intonBMx 😅 rode with Shad J and Bristol here in the Portland area. Good dudes
Been looking for classic Animal videos with Butcher for YEARS! It's been a long time since I've seen a lot of these names. The OG Animal crew was the best Street riders I'd seen back in the day.
I'll never forget riding NYC for the first time, meeting Ed and the animal/zy team at union square, riding the banks and all the spots in this video..... some of the best memories in my life were made riding NYC street....sad what NYC has become, but back in the day it was GUTTER!
Most influential video imo. Yeah criminal mischief, nowhere fast, fbm videos....etc etc, are all up there but for me, this was the holy grail and Edwin is the 🐐 and the most influential street rider...imo.
i remember at the time (idk like 10 years ago) this video was was like the fucking future now looking at all the cats riding on instagram its insane how the game evolved the shit people are doing now is just some inhuman shit but i still prefer the old bmx videos for some reason i find them more entertaining. also met alot of these guys over the years of riding id say nigel Sylvester and edwin delarosa were the coolest dudes i ever met and i also remember my boy got his bike stolen at the brooklyn banks by blackmans crew lmao good times!!!
Steven Hamiltons part was always my favorite, so smooth and effortless

Even down to the clothes, everyone wanted to emulate Ed at one point in some way
Very true. These guys were pioneers
this one and Little Devil - Criminal Mischief defined a generation of street riders \m/
2019 and still riding street like this!
Still the best vid awesome tunes riders and METAL PEGs !!!!! Love it :)-
Thanks for the memories...true insperation this will always be a classic
edwins 180 bar. in the beginning of his part is the cleanest of all time.
True
rest in peace joe tiseo.. the goat.. Never forget how crushed i was when we lost you, big inspiration
RIP Joe
you never seen 4 pegs with front brakes anymore
Charlie crumlish is the only guy I can think of. Nobody really does that you’re right
Seriously there’s like a whole community of 4 pegs front brakes and back brakes lip lords.
Imagine what they would of whipped out if they had free coasters and 9inch bars😂😂🔥
likely some bullshit
Damn after 15 yrs ive never paid attention to that first song word for word. Smh crazyy.

Good times when abubacas and fufanus were common on the streets. Tyrone Williams' and Steven Hamilton's parts are the best! 🤘

That was great work from all the riders evolved. 😉😄
U had to be built back then
This takes me back so far omg
God bless scerbo for making this
Oh my goodness, these bars are ridiculous haha, shoutout to all of em for revolutionizing street bmx
Can anyone tell me what year this came out?
This was, unintentionally, the first bmx 'edit' i saw years ago and is still the best out there.
TCU TV just put the Animal founder, Raplh Sinisi's interview on their site so get ready for this video to get hella hits #100
I've watched it a thousand times great times 🤙
T ok this day I still can’t bunny hop high enough to get over a hand rail was riding for 15 years. Depressing
Did Cory Martinez ever ride for animal or was he only in this video?
I rode a Standard STA clearcoat over raw metal was brake less and 4 pegs was a very heavy by the time I could 360 on flat ground I was jacked 😂
Imagine same riders same spots with updated bikes and new trick combinations.
Yeah but I'd rather watch these guys on 40 pound bikes and tiny bars ride like real men
Such an exciting time for street bmx. Back when kids were taking hacksaws to their bars to get them narrower lol
