I loved the kitchen design..neither too open nor compromised on privacy
Beautiful, hope to move to Jacksonville in another year.
10 months ago you were right many people were leaving Jacksonville however times have changed if you look around you see there are many contractors and developer that are putting up houses and subdivisions all over Jacksonville on the Northside on the Southside on the east side and on the west side every area of Jacksonville is experiencing major Construction.
I'm seeing lots of luxury rentals and luxury subdivisions going up
Gentrification and renovation is still proliferating old communities
@@TruckTaxiMoveIt And these places are not down with the brown.
@@pennycsingh5427 Wrong! It's nice and diverse. U must be thinking of northwest Florida which nobody cares about when it comes to Florida

Wow it's nice, how much is it
how much is it if it is still renting
i want to move to florida when im older, but the weather is humid and muggy
The area of focus in this video is probably not as humid and muggy as some other areas in Jacksonville basically if you see Spanish moss on a tree that area of Jacksonville is going to be humid and muggy if you don't see any Spanish moss around chances are that area is going to be just fine.
Spanish moss grows naturally in humid areas

is this house built from concrete and brick instead of wood?
Almost all houses in Florida are wood on top of concrete slab it's rare for you to get much of anything else.
I've heard Jacksonville, FLORIDA is not too down with the brown. 😒
Wrong! It's nice and diverse. U must be thinking of northwest Florida which nobody cares about when it comes to Florida
@@ithinkihaveebola5238 I'm just stating what was told to me by a couple that lived there.
@@pennycsingh5427 I live in Jacksonville and although it is diverse racism is still very alive as in many parts of Florida, I'm a former New Yorker so it is very apparent to me. I think some people like to overlook the truth
@@lbullard24 True. Im from Jersey and can pick up on the not so "Southern hospitality".
@@pennycsingh5427 Exactly!☑️
Yes, it is a beautiful home but that back yard! No land scaping whatsoever and it dosen't look like they even cut the grass. You would think that since they are showing it to sell, they would spruce it up a little bit.
Oh! It's for rent, my bad. They could 'still' cut the grass.
Is it still for rent
And how much is it? plz answer
Jada Drake
You better learn how to read and ask question at the right place. =))
