So, I got the app store to try and do get to my Sound EQ app for my headphones I just bought. There's a big problem though, it isn't detecting the Bluetooth coming from my PC, and says its turned off. My headphones are connected to my PC through bluetooth, so it should work. Do you know a fix for this?

Yeah, there we have enabled a user shared folder, you can install any apk after downloading file manager in it.

I have also faced the same error while extracting its files. That's why I recommended you to use 7zip or the latest version of WinRAR software.
