"Paderia" it's a portuguese word for bakehouse. Do you guys should visit Brazil someday we have fresh Açaí in the north and awesome "Paderias" in São Paulo. In Brasil and Portugal "Egg Tarts" we called "Pasteis de Belém" and Malasada can be called "Bola de Belém (Ball of Belém)" in Portugal and "Sonho (Dream)" in Brazil.
