Can you house one of these with a red eyed tree frog thats the same size ofc??

Well, their care requirements are the same. You could probably get away with it as long as none of the frogs are wild caught, which the tiger leg tree frogs often are. Wild caught frogs can carry diseases and parasites from where they came from and give them to the others potentially.
