Can you make tea from spekboom?
you can eat it. The leaves are crushed and used to provide water if you in the wilderness without water. Tea probably wouldn't taste great though so mix it with Rooibos
Cooking any plant automatically lessens it’s benefits but I would think if you added some of its juice to tea it would still carry over some.
Can dogs also eat it
cannabis plus spekboom = very dry mouth! 😜🤣
