Scriabin was such a legendary pianist and composer. No only his concerto, but also his etudes should get much more affection and attention. One of my favourite composer.
After listening many times to this concerto performed by the great pianist Vladimir Ashkenazi, i am happy to listen to this beautiful version. Thank you Bertrand Shamayou❣️❣️❣️
It's my favourite piano concerto too. But when I discovered Moritz Moszkowski's Piano Concerto No.1 Op.3 in B minor, that just had to be my favourite piano concerto as well. So I have two favourites, none better than the other. I hope you also listen to the Moszkowski concertos as well (he wrote two, the second Op.59 in my top ten).
This masterful concerto is not performed regularly because of its tremendous difficulty. Some parts sound simple and easy, but I can assure you they are not. Btw, wonderful audio and video production. Congratulations.
