im certainly looking into the ammo economy of my rooms, i really wanted to make bigger rooms just because it allows you do more with them and there isnt too many in the game but i may have to reduce a few of them if they are cause such big ammo concerns, thing is you cant place ammo pickups, only a random pickup, i wish i could just guarantee some extra ammo in bigger rooms. tbf tho youve been getting very unlucky with ammo drops, in testing ive not really had these issues
I’m glad you liked the character Reto! The 0 knock back wasn’t intentional at first but after playing around with it I realized it was a pretty good way to balance Casey, not sure why Gungeonpop didn’t spawn but it’s pretty essential for the character when fighting bosses since he has 25% less damage, fire rate and a longer reload/charge time
@@smargio Unfortunately alt costumes for custom characters aren't a thing yet but if they do ever become a thing i'll definitely make a lichslayer or Retocop outfit lol
sooo you mentioned about more secret rooms in bullet hell, once the new cool thing gets added to bullet hell your gonna want to look for secret rooms ;)
You're right about custom guns being a lot harder to make, it's basically like making an item except you need to make animations and set them up using external text files which takes about twice as long. Not to mention that a lot of gun components are still uncharted territory.

The shop cannot be edited so the concept can't ever be made :(
sadly shops are like the one room that cannot be modified so having the shop always spawn full would be quite hard

Oh yeah and I looked at the characterdata, looks like I accidentally added a 0 at the end of thrown gun damage

The spriting on the reto character was done excellently, couldn't have done it better myself
Look on the bright side. With no knockback you don't have to worry about Junkan pushing enemies into you when you get him to max level. :P

The stat range of the rgg is based on the max/min stats I got from the list of the guns in the game, lowered or increased to reasonable levels.
Picking up military training is like doing your taxes or changing your oil, it's not fun but it helps everything run more smoothly

Just a heads up, base movement speed should be 7 so that character starts a little slower I believe :)
William Byrd I made the characters base speed 6 but the Gungeonpop item gives +2 speed
