I'm by no means a programmer or dev, but I kinda wish Omniman had a different block animation, similar to gogeta in xenoverse where he cockily tanks attacks. And maybe a different walk animation? Omni man isn't known to ambulate much.
You have to remember that the scale of power in the MK Universe isn't really clear. There isn't really any argument for or against whether or not the MK fighters are as strong as OmniMan and vice-versa, and knowing how games work, gameplay footage isn't really visually canon to how strong characters are. Blocking properly could be very well justified, and may (to minimal merit and in this context exclusively) prove that the characters are at the very least quite powerful. Besides that, it's just important to make it very visually clear that someone is blocking, if nothing else. I'm on board with character-acting in animation but it'd be better just not to potentially make an unclear visual for blocking. ... They did have Alien that one time though.
That subzero with the bad connection was still a great fight. I'm definitely a victim of trying to do a flashy finishing combo instead of just sealing the deal with the bread and butter combo, and it's cost me games, lol
Oh btw did you know he has a secret brutality? If you hold R2 + L2 at the same time as you input down down down for the f4 1 1+3 instead of breaking the head he pulls your skeleton out. Also please NRS dont nerf his damage like u did with Scorpion and Baraka
I am having the hardest time with timing on this one. MK11 I could juggle my opponents eyes closed. They make you earn it on this one but when you do complete a combo it's beautiful
Hope they slow the timer down in the next or a future patch. Feels like time runs out pretty quickly in the matches but if it is a good match that's when it becomes something very enjoyable to see
