i like how kanae is meticulous in keeping his streams organized. like he posts chat rules on the description box, pinned comment for reminders and blocking spammers like this one.
one time posted a pinned comment on one of his streams before, i think he said: “talking to friends on live chat is not allowed...” (something like that) i was not sure because i cant read the kanji he used but i tweeted the screen shot on twitter.
Yet many ENG viewers keep talking to one another, even starting their own conversation saying things like "Hey where are you guys from?" etc. It gets tiring real fast cause despite people reminding them not to, they'd still do it again and again on every stream. I guess that's why I don't bother checking Kanae's chat whenever he streams nowadays given that these people don't bother reading/following the rules. 😔

Izuru from Holostars was kinda agitated at this and wrote that he felt left out from his own stream on the community tab. Thats why his current stream rule was : (don't talk with each other during stream, there is free chat box !!!)

But yeah, those personal ones like asking each other's timezone and countries are completely unnecessary. I do understand why Izuku himself would feel left out. Many streamers do feel this thus why this is such a known rule within the community.
