I’ve been in Florida for 23 years now and palm beach county is the most expensive county in the whole state, I lived there for over 11 years and it’s the Manhattan of the south. I could not wait to get out of there! Your money will go 2-5x further by going inland like Okeechobee or north like Melbourne/ Daytona or even the other side of the state. You can always build an outbuilding / barn on a low cost house on land for all your fish. Sad to see what happened with that house.

You said it, you're only 22. I'm sorry for this huge loss but you have so much time to navigate, recover and continue your passion. You're so much better off than the majority of kids your age whether you believe it or not. Figure out where you went wrong (maybe dependence on social media?) and advance past it.
If you bought it in 2021 you’ll be able to sell that house for double what you paid for it. And the loan monthly payment still even with taxes and insurance would have been cheaper than rent

I am sorry to hear of your housing issues. I wondered where you were. Please don't feel bad about it. I was just refused a home equity loan. I have been employed steadily for as long as you've been alive. My credit rating is great. The lender said there wasn't enough collateral in the house.

Don't fall nick about a month ago I was in the hospital for a bleeding older and holes inside my stomach and I am only 38 years old both my Dr and my mom said I could have died the bleeding olsor was the size of my stomach I was in the hospital for about 4 days after the fourth day I was able to go home I am still recovering my Dr said its going to take a couple of months before I am fully healed until then my Dr said I will feel fatigued and weak and cold but my blood count is going back up I can't even drive right now my Dr said he said he would be to afraid of me getting into an accident I have one more procedure in April to see how everything is doing inside my stomach I just hope I get good news in April so I can get back to my regular routine but it will still be a couple more months before I am fully healed keep up the awesome work nick
