Came here for the romance, stayed for the hilarity of a final boss being shocked/confused by the prices and functions of common RPG items. Seriously, you do a really good evil villain voice.
I really need a part two, where he either goes on that date no even better he tries to woo the shopkeeper, and becomes more interested in them than world domination.
Y'all know that meme of the two girls screaming at a cat across the table??? That's all I'm seeing here especially when he got fed up with our "fixed" 😂
I can imagine we are very much having a slow day and are very tired yet this interaction was very entertaining, not caring who they are talking to further than knowing its the local villain, yet also enjoying the conversation and company-
If I was the shopkeeper... I'd be traumatized by this persons purchase. And I'm very confused about those grenades... And all the items in stock. APD APPROVED. Fun fact: Polar bears have black skin. And actually, their fur isn’t white-it’s see-through, so it appears white as it reflects light.
Ngl, I'd give this villain a huge discount just for making me smile. In fact, I'd actively campaign for his victory. Like damn, the way you brought the speaker to life and give him a personality so full of emotions is just wonderful and now my cheeks hurt from smiling too much because I found the villain's reactions to everything very fun and amusing.
We'll have to explain why fixed damage grenades are so useful on the date! This was a fantastic and unique script and I hope to see more. Excellent work as always!

He commonly uses idle conversation and outward concern to distract his opponents. Despite his carefree attitude, he always speaks politely, but it is sometimes sarcastic. He is an important side character in the anime and it’s always fun to watch him on screen.😊
I've had this saved in my Watch Later for ages and finally got to watch it. I fucking love this????? Mans is so confused 😂 and I love the background music and the subtle beep boops layered underneath your voice. Really sells the iconic video game beep boop dialogue. This is a hilarious concept for a dnd campaign: very clearly based off of RPG video games where all the NPCs are aware of the ridiculous logic except for the villain.

I just love this idea so much xD I need a part 2, like the hero buying stuff and some npc reacting to buying all the stuff. Or the villain himself Of course the villian coming to purchase with his minions *has* to happend!! You are so talented, I love your voice acting!!
So much good points on potion prices….. in one of the games I am in I make potion candy because I personally have made cough drops so it counts as knowledge
I will DEFINITELY be using inspiration from this story for my next shopkeep in my next D&D campaign!! Also, my actual reaction: Villian: How do they carry all that!? Do they have a caravan with them!!? Me: You ever hear of a Bag of Holding my friend? Villian: I would sooner believe in a bag that contains a portal to another dimension- Me: HOLD UP-
I've been working on volume leveling, though I usually tend to err on the side of "loud" since I figure then listeners aren't straining to hear something super-soft, and can always turn it down as needed. 😄
@@NaughtPlusZero haha that's alright. So many of the artists talk so low & quiet & don't toggle the volume. It was a good level for the skit so people don't have to blast their audio. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into it.
This gave me nostalgia vibes to that one (series of) quest(s) that you could do in WoW, where you're just a questgiver 😂 This is even more hilarious though

Considering the hero has a seemingly elaborate plan, I feel it's the final boss who's been left out of the loop. 😅

Headcanon, Shopkeep has already survived several attempted world domination attempts. Other villains have learned not to touch their shop.
