I'm extremely thankful that you made you made this guide so that's going to be 99% of my comment. You did an amazing job at making it and coming up with all the information that any new Elring would need. So good job truly! The only fault I found with it was the need to add the part after Wonhyuks intro about him being an Atiny. Adding that (and I've seen so many Atiny turn from supporting E last because of comments like this) wasn't necessary at all because many Atiny have found them through Wonhyuk and stuck around as Elring because the boys are just that great. It's very disheartening to hear some Elring alienate others for saying they found them through Wonhyuk being an Atiny. So that definitely could have been worded better in mine and my friends opinion. Other than that it was fantastic.
