Hi I am new to this channel I have been searching for some type of help I am having trouble with meditating I looked forward this super full moon and Lunar Eclipse both of those nights mean while I felt strong vibrations both nights just sitting outside with my eyes closed and no thoughts open my eyes too deer standing in front of me and on this pass Sunday as I started to meditate 10 minutes in felt like a strong tingling went threw my soft spot out the top of my head and threw my body to my toes I became suddenly sick and dizzy I'm sure I did nothing incorrect .
You should come to India dear one. You will find plenty of Hindu ancient temples aligned with the equinox and many other celestial phenomenon. Needless to say most of these temples are older than the oldest civilisations known to the western world.
