Thing is people need to realise that results at a previous team are not all that important. What's more important is looking at a managers philosophy, mentality, playing style, how they deal with recruitment. There vould have been a whole bunch of reasons the results went badly at a previous club that could have been out of a managers control so it's impossible to base an opinion on them off of that. You have to look at everything else too.
no if a coach is good --> success if a coach is bad --> no success he lost nearly all his games with his last club spent millions after millions on the team so hes bad simple as that bayern will be not as successful as possible with him thats for sure
@@eisberserkernr1331judging by your comment and they way you phrase your argument I can tell you not that smart. Bundesliga isn’t Prem and Bayern isn’t Burnley. Looking at football history, there were great coaches who achieved less in one season than worse coaches. Your problem is you’re thinking very one dimensional (no success = bad, success = good) like a caveman would argue. Fire hurt fire bad. Kompany got relegated with a team that had no business in the prem. Even the greatest coaches in the world would have been relegated. Your argument would only be somewhat correct if Kompany trained Man City and became 10th. You understand what I mean? And besides he had success before. One season prior burnley under Kompany had one of the strongest seasons in EFL history.
@@ImNotFreddie i understand what you mean but my opinion is different thats 2 opinions here and the future will show whos correct efl is very bad in average its not hard to be successful there there are many coaches who perform in any club! you know there will be success example: o. glasner if he comes you know there will be instant success you will see my friend you will see
About the Bayern board's patience. I think they will be patient to let Kompany work off his contract fully and see the results, there's no more Kahn or Salihamidzic. I think in the second season after adaptation and gaining experience in the first one, he should be doing great as by that time he will be able to establish a structure on the pitch
Even without Kahn and Salihamidzic they were not patient with Tuchel last season. The Bayern board has a history of getting nervous soon if the results don't meet the expectations. I hope they are patient this time, but I have doubts.
If Kompany would have kept Burnley up he would've been viewed as a good coach. But he seemed to have tunnel vision with his tactics, i felt bad for him. Hopefully he does better with more quality at his disposal.
Kompany will either be a fantastic appointment. Similar to that of Xabi by Bayer04 OR it is going to be catastrophic: probably missing out on the UCL spot as well. But there might not be an in-between this time.
I believe that this is A wonderful and intelligent higher. If he played for Juventus everybody would say this was a genius higher. He’s a modern coach with a modern mind. Pep Ten hag ancelloti and mourinho can’t coach for ever, they aren’t the only coaches who can win.
Why do the english always say "die Mannschaft"? No normal german is ever using this lmao. It just sounds ridiculous even if you ignore the butchering of the pronunciation.
As a born Bayern fan I am more than happy with Kompany and even more that Rangnick isnt coming...he's overrated as hell Biggest fault to let Nagelsmann go - the biggest one after selling Kroos

a truly fascinating move. I always enjoy watching the Bundesliga and I hope that it will remain competitive for the coming years.

You clearly not from Germany, dude. Patience is a luxury you dont have in Munich

Dmac has secret longer form content 😮

Not sure if Tel is a 9,he's not really a stricker,he's fast with his feet better on wing

Facts.
My thoughts exactly
I think he will fail because they won't give him to succeed, but he could also surprise everyone.

He will fail epically!
