    Biscuit base:
    300g ground biscuits
    125g melted butter
    100ml orange juice
    Filling:
    600g cream cheese
    15g stevia
    500ml whipping cream
    80g whipping cream powder
    80g desiccated coconut
    White chocolate ganache:
    150g white chocolate
    200ml hot whipping cream
    Desiccated coconut for decoration
    Raffaello for decoration
    Form size 26cm
    Note: The biscuits I use are petit beurre biscuits, but you can use any type of sweet biscuits like graham crackers or digestive biscuits.
