Yeah, I think women don't have the ability to be submissive while being equal or higher earner than the man. That's partly why hypergamy is even more in play so that fewer men come into play as the woman does better financially. It's ironic because they cant even think any other way.

What I’ve seen in many of these podcasts is their using words for which they don’t know the definition or which they try to assign their own personal definition.
They want equality and their own money while also demanding access to a man’s money. They want it both ways. No wonder there is conflict and confusion.

As a Gen X'r we were getting indoctrinated into feminism through media , movies like all the Tyler Perry movies, How Stella Got her Groove Back, the music I am Every Woman, No Scrubs, Independent etc etc. In school we are all taught that we are equal, but what equality means is under the law, not that we are equal in biology and physical characteristics.
Then women have the power at a young age; at 13-15 young girls start realizing that they can attract older men and they start exercising that power. While most young men do not experience much affection at all and are socially awkward. Then we see how women are getting all the attention and how women say they want a "good man" but they end up with bad boys. Most of our females in our lives are not traditional and we do not see any traditional examples. So when men get older, they get more experience, more resources, higher status and they ask why should they be traditional when up to that point none of the females in their peer group have been traditional.
Yall asked to work...men didnt ask you to work... so since you working and you want to be a man and you want to be in charge pay your bills

But, to simplify the argument you could have just stated the fact that when a woman makes, or starts to make more money then her man. She starts to develop an attitude towards her man, and starts treating him as inferior to her, because she makes more money. For example she use to cook, clean, iron his clothes, and say encouraging things to him. Now she's looking at him like hes her child, a burden, or less of a man because he makes less money. To the point where she starts telling him to clean, cook, fold her clothes, and always bringing up the fact that he makes less money. The men that are acceptions to the rule that are actually insecure are most likely not your man in the first place, and probably some stranger, school mate, or fellow employee so their in a competitive state and not romantically involved. And if your man does happen to be insecure about how much money you make he honestly probably never really liked you in the first place and is only using the woman for something like a roof or regular sex, and intends to dump her as soon as he moves up in life.

Things, in this country, cost so much you need two incomes to buy a home and live a middleclass life. Try coming up with a down payment with just savings and without the help of inherited wealth. Having a "traditional" home is great but how many can afford it on one income?

I was the bread winner for years 20 yrs out of 6 yers with my ex wife, I lost my buisness and had to go work for someone.
