I’m terrified to be around a bunch of people or I would catch severe anxiety and get nauseous. These vlogs used to help me and I used to put myself in your shoes just imagining just being outside again and feeling free man. I’ve been working at a place for a year and 7 months now man. I’ve defeated anxiety and these videos helped a lot man.
