    Thanks a million for the very simple and straight forward explanation, the drawing part really makes it easier to see what is going on and what is needed. I was truly struggling to put it to conceptual sense before now I am flowing. thanks and keep it up.

    Please could you tell me in what material you have meaning of QNE being 1013.25mb (standard pressure)? Many students studied in some Aviation school in America told me that "QNE is not a pressure but is pressure altitude when the airplane is on the runway". I confused. Thanks and waiting your reply.

    Great video btw, but what happens if our QNH is something like 980?

      It would go the other way no? 1013-980=33, 3000'+(33*30)= 3990' PA
