I don't mind that we have a sector of pop culture dedicated to social media but juxtaposed against current events and the incapacitated energy of the media/Hollywood/music industry it feels like it's all we have 👁️💋👁️
My rich friends talk about renovating their house. My broke friends talk about organizing against the city's plans to cut the community grants budget ☠️
My rich friends are all like, "Why are you in my house? Are you stealing my stuff? Ow! You hit me!", and my poor friends are like, "Yeah! Hit him again!"
4:48 Reminds me of the Barnes & Noble in the Inner Harbor power plant in downtown Baltimore. For those of you who are reading this, look it up if you're interested, the place is had an long and interesting history
I have never in my 75 years cared about pop culture. That means very little in this show makes any sense to me. Especially pictures of people. I have only known one guest on the show for all these episodes, Weird Al. If the host was not Taylor, I wouldn't watch. I love Taylor. She is one of the very few people who I would watch when she is performing anything.
Have you seen her short online series where she attempted to cope with insomnia by baking and decorating cakes? It was funny because she was a perfectionist who thought it would be easy.
I have a good combo of "rich friends" & "poor friends" but at the end of the day, we are all in the bottom 99% (I know one person in the top 1%). It's also interesting that myself and my few good friends talk about all of those topics..
If they think that Barnes and Noble is a warehouse like? #spoilers? They've never been in a warehouse. Warehouses are dirty and underlit with terrible florescent lighting. Warehouses have concrete floors not wood (or fake wood) floors. Warehouses often don't have working HVAC. Warehouses often are overpopulated with pests (roaches, rats, etc...).
When I was in my mid20s (currently 33), the vibe was, "you are in your mid 20s so we assume you are an idiot." but now with gen z the vibe is, "you are in your mid 20s so we assume you know something we don't" and they are giving those interns responsibilities they clearly should not have
we did it, folks, we've reached the point where we can get a huge reaction by slagging off the host or if you're a Whose Line Is It Anyway fan, the "Africa is a country" moment
I just remembered that I paid for the paramount+ prime add-on so that my son could watch old seasons of Blue's Clues, so I started watching this episode to see if it showed how Irene went from 0 to 100 or how everyone went from 200/200/400 to 600/600/700 and it does not. It's exactly the same, in case you were on the fence about subscribing (and it solidifies my choice to cancel it because, sadly, it turns out my son prefers Josh to Steve now 😭)
usually when stuff like that happens its because they had to edit out something someone said to make it okay to air on CBS. The version that airs on CBS is the same thats here on RUclips and Paramount Plus
Regarding Taylor's characterization of CBS loving the commercials more than the show and thinking of the show as the stuff in between the commercials ... I have two friends who worked for the CBS News division in its Glory Days. Over some beers (my beers, his martinis) he told me "The evening news is a 24 minute talking head commercial that's designed to get you to watch other commercials. I don't know how the people at Rockefellar Center do it with Duncan the Talking Wonder Horse"
I don't read books anymore because it feels like a slow chore doing it. Why read when you can watch movies and shows instead? Or play video games? You get the same stories, but told much more vividly.
The sudden urge to have a bowel movement when in a bookstore is known as the Mariko Aoki phenomenon. She wrote about it in 1985, apparently. Now we know.
+1,000 for Barnes & Nobles. I desperately miss big brick and mortar book stores. I'd even buy a coffee from their in store Starbucks if they'd come back, and I HATE Starbucks coffee.
B&N needs to redesign for maximalist cozycore and ppl would moisten for it. Ofc I haven't bought a new book in decades except a few OSR D&D publications. Used / secondhand.
I mean, the Gen z intern *did* get these products on national tv, so good job intern!
I'm guessing no one at @midnight has played Content Warning... woof
Hell yeah - that’s MY library! Bay View Public Library in Milwaukee, represent!
We love our MPL system!
Taylor giving hot teacher vibes with the fit! 🔥🔥
Yes!!
She reminds me of my algebra 1 teacher in high school. She was the cheer leading and dance coach and could do the worm.
T2 be like, "I can't pick those up - I'm in a skirt!"
We all like, oh yeah, baby. We know. We know.
So this episode was just Taylor hanging out with her best friends. Love that for her.
Ok but WHO is that adorable fisherman working for the alaskan salmon company? Is he looking for a first mate? 😍
4:52 I'm watching an Instagram user read another Instagram user's comment on a TV show on RUclips - about a book store ad.
Welcome to 2024, where things you never dreamed you'd say are now reality. 🙃
I don't mind that we have a sector of pop culture dedicated to social media but juxtaposed against current events and the incapacitated energy of the media/Hollywood/music industry it feels like it's all we have 👁️💋👁️
Not to worry, I 'm just here to drink my milk and have cookies. I just have to remember Noble's on the right....
The medium is the message, and the message is a reply-all.
" Make The Gristle Sizzle " ???
Hot Dang !
We got a new catch phrase !!!
Jesus! This outfit wins the show! Everyone else go home, Taylor won
I hate to be that thirsty dude on the internet... but yeah... good Lord
I don’t hate to be that thirsty girl on the internet. She’s hot as fuck.
I don't hate to be thirsty, cuz I need some juice, Taylor Juice.
My rich friends talk about renovating their house. My broke friends talk about organizing against the city's plans to cut the community grants budget ☠️
I knew this would end with a Tupperware lid war, and that's a true display of friendship.
Yup! I saw those Tupperware lids and thought "season 1 is soon coming to an end."
My rich friends are all like, "Why are you in my house? Are you stealing my stuff? Ow! You hit me!", and my poor friends are like, "Yeah! Hit him again!"
LMAO! I mean, (wags finger) "Bad!", but LOL!
The Milwaukee librarian is soo cute! And I am in love with Reggie’s hair!
Love that Tyler seems less nervous and showing more and more of herself in these intros. Loving the new style !
The panel is made up of her friends. She must feel at home as an introvert.
I finally realized the opening monologue feels like The Soup with Joel McHale. No wonder I love it.
Damn girl! Lookin fly as hell
Gen Z edit videos. It's like the pictures your kids make to put on your fridge door!!
Taylor, you found my Tupperware lids. Love the show. 😃 especially your monologues.
Taylor's monologue is so good.
Love it when Taylor's friends come on the show 😁 Also, that sweet librarian man... 🥹
Omfg the cut of the guy breathing got me 💀
3 comedians I didn't know I needed. Funny funny people🎉.
My rich friends are always talking about what they made their Gen z intern do; while my poor friends are real.
Reggieeeee Watts!!!!
This show is such chaos 🤣
All black outfit, leather skirt, tall boots. I’m deceased.
7:13 why is that exactly how my cupboard looks, lol
The Milwaukee Public Library's social media really is incredible! They know how its done!
"The Bottoms are lost - I assume, they're with god now" 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️😂😂😂
"The bottoms are lost"
That's usually me & my friends when we're out partying lol
Damn Taylor, thats a good fit. I don't know who dresses you but they know what they're doing.
Tara Swennen is the one who has earned your praise, and mine.
Wonderful monologue, and fantastic opening round! Dustin knew exactly what buttons to push
I have more Tupperware lids if you want them….please take them…please…
give em to Dustin, he'll know what to do with em.. btw sensing unresolved bad breakup issues between him and Taylor?
Umm leather pencil skirt, damn!
indubitably
the reddit tier list is gonna love this
Right?
And no jacket. I’m digging this outfit
She’s giving Lucy Liu in Charlie’s Angels 👀
The outfit, the monologue, the Tupperware! This episode 🔥
That joke about going to Barnes and noble and then needing to poop is legit. Got me good
I really want to see Rhett, Link, and Josh from Good Mythical Morning as panelists on here.
The internet would explode
What part of RUclips have I stumbled onto here⁉️ This show is incredible, where have you been all my life⁉️
8:00 you know you’re really good when you make Taylor Tomlinson laugh‼️
Lol except dumb shit makes her laugh, like renaming bones
Just yes! Outstanding work team. Light distracting and actually funny. Thank the Internet gods for this magic.
this one is the best taylor
the lid throwing at the end 😭😭😭😭
O. M. F. G. TT had me drooling within that first second. Shout out to the wardrobe department
The outfit looks so good Taylor❤
Tupperware war should be the new game hahah that was hilarious
One of THE best episodes!
4:48
Reminds me of the Barnes & Noble in the Inner Harbor power plant in downtown Baltimore. For those of you who are reading this, look it up if you're interested, the place is had an long and interesting history
taylor’s outfits truly never miss
Seriously, what is with me having to poop every time im at Barnes and Noble?! It's literally the only store that makes me do that.
You ROCK, Taylor!
TAYLOR! THIS OUTFIT IS AN 11!!!!!!
You're right, I am extremely endeared to that man 🤩
2:29 Beneficiary. You [Taylor] would be the benefactor in this scenario.
Thank you
I ❤ Barnes AND Noble😊
I’m in the middle of tone down my YT time and I just discover Taylor has her own freakin’ TV show?? There goes my will power.
Reggie's hair looks so good

best pitch for novels to men is 'open this up and for a few hours you can live vicariously through someone who's not a disappointment to his father'
the plastic surgery one was so disrespectful 😆

It's also interesting that myself and my few good friends talk about all of those topics..
I thought that edit of Taylor dancing was really cute!
the cackler in the audience keeps cracking me up.
I love this outfit
9:13 - 😂 12:01 - 🤣
NOT Dustin wearing the Zanies shirt that he just got hahahaha
Pretty well written bit. What a host, I swear
Absolutely love this show!! Always so funny :) Taylor is absolutely killing it!
U la la taylors look today
left one is Barnes.
If they think that Barnes and Noble is a warehouse like? #spoilers? They've never been in a warehouse. Warehouses are dirty and underlit with terrible florescent lighting. These three contestants look like the cast to a live action film of the old Doug cartoon.
I hope that guy on reddit gives this outfit the high rating it deserves.
Thanks Shaun

It’s so nice to see that Taylor was able to make it over from her shift at Ruby Tuesdays to host tonight.
Reggie Watts!!! For the record, I know him from the Late Late Show and from Fuck Shit Stack.
Elder millennial here, thirst traps were always cringe. That’s what made them brat.
we did it, folks, we've reached the point where we can get a huge reaction by slagging off the host
or if you're a Whose Line Is It Anyway fan, the "Africa is a country" moment

the reddit guy definitely has to rank this outfit on top of his little tier list
Regarding Taylor's characterization of CBS loving the commercials more than the show and thinking of the show as the stuff in between the commercials

Black is Taylor's color! 🖤🖤🖤
I haven't visited a Barnes&Noble in years but Taylor's "Barnes&Noble" would have my strict attention for the rest of my life.
I love Reggie's kinda low key but also sparkly weirdness... Feels refreshing to me somehow.
Seriously though. What is it about bookstores that makes you have to poop as soon as you walk in? I swear, every damn time, at every bookstore.
You look so beautiful and elegant tonight ❤
I call BS on all of it. Lmao 😅😅
4:55 The news I care about is if an artist I like is coming out with a new release.
5:12 to 5:57 So the left is male, and the right is female?
After those edits im convinced gen z are 2017 npc ai bots
the pencil skirt!
hope this made the s-tier of the reddit outfit list.
I don't read books anymore because it feels like a slow chore doing it. Why read when you can watch movies and shows instead? Or play video games? You get the same stories, but told much more vividly.
GOTH PHASE. FINALLY.
The sudden urge to have a bowel movement when in a bookstore is known as the Mariko Aoki phenomenon. She wrote about it in 1985, apparently. Now we know.
Looking good again tonight, Taylor.
gorgeous
+1,000 for Barnes & Nobles. I desperately miss big brick and mortar book stores. I'd even buy a coffee from their in store Starbucks if they'd come back, and I HATE Starbucks coffee.
@m writers: the thirst trap is dead
@m wardrobe department: 🧢
Beneficiary 😮

I fell in love with Dustin watching this, gimme his number
Watching these monologues is the highlight of my morning.
She meant sole beneficiary. 😅
