Own a 2019 Honda Brio RS. 5 years still no problems encountered very reliable car. Very sporty to drive. Nice i-VTEC engine. Very stable at 160 km/h. No regrets❤
We bought our Brio last 2022, our first car, learned to drive with it. ZigWheels was one of the reasons why we really pushed to get the Brio! I really enjoy using it! Nueva Ecija to La Union was my longest trip so far. 😁
Yo, so when this car came out around July 2023, people were like, "Nah, it's not worth it. Get the XLE Vios instead." But now, the XLE Vios is like 900K++ pesos, so this Brio is looking pretty good in comparison. The way this Brio drives is really nice, and even though the low ground clearance might be a problem for some people, it actually helps prevent the car from rolling over. All in all, this is a great everyday car, especially for the price.
The Vios is no slouch (with its own race series and all) but the smaller Brio is definitely a fun little whip to drive around, more than most bigger cars
For what it's worth, driving this is like how it was driving the older, smaller Civics of its time essentially. I enjoyed test driving this a lot and it felt very familiar.
I think the ground clearance is just ok to keep it below 140mm. Most sedans are around 135mm. Given its size and power, mas prone siya for roll overs especially on expressways if they tried the same on Wigo. For Wigo, at least you are (almost) discouraged from driving fast or lose the fuel efficiency.
TBH: numerous little features that are not that expensive to have included that people paying the price Honda demands should have been included in this " upscale small hatchback! Being fun to drive as far as speed response and handling plays such a small role in real life driving in the Philippines..especially the further away you are from much more tame Metro Manilla area.. Embarrassed for you to have to apologize so so many times! You mentally..if not physically also..winced quite a bit. Nonetheless: thanks for the review!
I believe the Honda Brio is really outdated. It still has bulb-type tail lamps, lacks keyless entry and a push start button, has fabric seats with no height adjustment, features the same outdated instrument cluster and multimedia screen without wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, with the multimedia wire just dangling on the passenger side. Additionally, it has an old shift knob, an outdated steering wheel without telescopic adjustment, an old dashboard layout, no backseat vents or charging ports, and no reverse camera-even in 2024! This is especially concerning given a 100K plus price increase compared to other competitors.
Just a comment. Worth noticing. I have been watching since lockdown days and you, the presenter, has gained a lot of noticeable weight. More movement, eat half and keep that happy and sunny disposition of yourself still. Live healthy because we want to see more of you reviewing and presenting new vehicles moving forward.
Oh please a typical toxic tito/tita trait of Filipinos. No one cares about his weight. We are here for the review so stop acting like he is your nephew that you care about and yet didnt even think twice to comment unnecessarily. In short, Mind your effin business angkol! 🤢
I dont know if this is a joke or what haha. Definitely thats a no, its a mini hatchback for a reason. You want a compact car for city driving and this being a 1.2L makes it fuel efficient compared to those 1.5L sedans or hatchbacks.

Bro where did you get the pricing? it is much more expensive than what you claim
This or a slightly used Jazz/City hatchback =) The Brio reminds me of the PH12 EG hatchback.
It speaks a lot about Honda hatches when we cant help but fondly compare older models to new ones still!
Paborito mo talaga Brio, Kiroy 😂

Seriously 20+min video, dnt even show the important part of a car engine??? What a fail video..
Put a 1.5 engine in it and guarantee it would sell more.
no it wont. its gonna be more expensive and the city hatchback exists?
Lol, what a dumb idea! HAHA.
Kaya nga nila ginawa yang Brio para jan gamitin yung 1.2 engine nila tapos papalitan mo ng 1.5 engine 😂😅😊😂😅😊😂😅😊😂 hahahaha
diff. segment, 1.5 beLongs to the honda city
