I’ve pulled that multiple times and actually knew the owner.
Genuinely that was in the instance when I was riding a dirt bike on so-called “ private “ property.
My father knew the owner, and I knew the owner’s daughter, ( we’re both friends with them. )
My dad has worked with the owners daughter for 5 years.
Sometimes it’s like saying I “ have a lawyer. “ just to scare people.

Trespass works by having to inform the party to leave so nothing would have happened legally dude would have just left. Now goading him into hitting you, gang beating him and calling the cops. Thats FREEDOM.

We recently had like 3 families move here from SA, all seem to have become taxi drivers😂.
I was working armed security at a business complex in midtown. Part of this was a large shopping center.
Closing down a cab pulled up and started screaming at a guy to get in the cab, we were a little confused, there were only 3 of us outside at the time, me a manager and a guy waiting for an Uber. He proceeded to grab the guy and start dragging him to the cab saying "if you gonna call 5 times you're gettin in" in the process of us separating them, he struck me so I put him on the ground and told him to calm down.
He did I let him up.
Then 2 armored car couriers come walking out he ran at them screamin that he knew they called the cab, when they took defensive posture, he got into his cab called the cops and reported 2 gang members (the couriers) tried to rob him.
I've had several situations like this from cabbies mostly SA but a few from Nigeria also.
From SA aswell and almost hot hit by a taxi several times and only had my bike for 5 months like it's more they own the country than just the roads lmao😂

I know that is extremely admirable I love how tranquil the woman was through out that whole ordeal her husband (i presume) was just berating them she was actually explaining her reasoning very well and I wanted to hear her finish her argument but the old man kept frustratingly cutting her off and when he said get the camera she said she didn’t want to she really was just looking out for the land in a peaceful way I applaud her

Moving over a little and giving the car some extra room isn't going to get your video on youtube. I'm not sure why he didn't smash the mirror. Another option would have been to turn around and chase the driver down and scream at them for almost killing him.
Motorcycles are entitles to a full lane just as cars, especially with right of way. Car drivers don't think they are doing anything wrong "plenty of space for both of us, so i will go too :)" But in many other circumstances cars will go into your lane and cause hazards and think its ok because there is space because its on 2 wheels. Even though the car was in the wrong legally, Most bikers wouldnt care that much unless the car was getting really close or forcing you into the curb. But to be honest the car driver should at least have slowed down because the biker is expecting the car to give way and leaves the biker with no reaction time in this case, and it it pretty tight

The Problem is that everybody handles these Situations differently. I myself like to insist on my right for the entire lane. But that also means that I have to wait in such a situation if the roles were reversed. Many bikers get pissed off when a car pulls into their lane but would not hesitate to do the same when they’re the ones who should wait. And that really pisses me off.
Also, this makes it hard to react correct in such situations. I’d say whoever has the right of way, gets it. No matter if it’s a car, a motorcycle or a bicycle.
