- I listened to Billie Ellish for the first time. This is my first impression of Billie Eilish and after listening to a few of her songs I can say she is very talented and has a great voice. I made a playlist of some of her most popular songs and listened to them for the first time with you.

You say you struggle with being vulnerable, but I really appreciated hearing about how Billie's music touched you personally. I struggle with mental health, and her songs always speak to me on an emotional level. She helps me feel like I'm not alone.
i really been be struggling with my mental health recently also because i feel lost in life and dont really have a direction. I hope you get through it and billie really is inspirational
@@tyydent I'm really sorry to hear that. It definitely isn't helpful that we are in a pandemic that seems to last forever. It's easy to get lost in our own heads by ourselves, which is why it's important to have a creative outlet like RUclips or TikTok even. I'll be praying for you and I hope you get through this as well!

@@tyydent Billie has been very vocal about her own struggles with self image and mental health. At one point it was so severe that her brother would sleep on the floor of her bedroom because her family was so concerned about her doing something to herself ( she’s also spoken about self harm and so when she sees her fans and she spots their scars she knows what they are going through).
At first her brother refused to do Everything I Wanted and her mother asked her “ Are you really going to go there? “ It’s about dreaming about wanting to jump off the Golden State Bridge and die. It could have been a nightmare for those people that around her. LISTEN BEFORE I GO is also about suicide. I have literally cried just trying to explain how what Billie has done for not just her generation by acknowledging her own serious struggles and talking about mental health as it should be spoken about… openly and with shame.
@@iamlpinthe312 im not gonna lie i sometimes struggle with mental health and sometimes think about talking about it. But I most of the time dont like to bring negative energy to the internet because the world is alr so dark but who knows maybe in the future ill go more in depth about it

Everything I Wanted is actually about a dream she had where she committed suicide and jumped of the golden bridge hence the line “so I stepped of the golden” and the chorus is what her brother actually told her when she told him about the dream. The video is basically her saying they will be together and support each other through everything no matter what. My Future is her saying she is focusing on herself instead of relying on someone else and letting her depression get the best of her which she has had pretty severe depression but is finally becoming happy and taking better care of herself. Sorry for the long comment just thought you could use a little background!!

I love you is about xx she was 12 Recording ocean eyes but the video she had just turned 13 she is 19 now her brother write and produces her songs and videos with her She write your own songs with her brother finnes is her brother and he is 23

Her brother Finneas does all the production for her songs and the co-write or write all the songs. They make an amazing duo. Finneas has his own album now too.

You chose almost every single slow song she has, you may enjoy her other upbeat stuff as well, check out her whole last album. “ When we all fall asleep where do we go?” Her and her brother ( her producer) made the whole album in his room and they both won 6 Grammy’s each last year.
