Fact: In some hospitals, theres different codes for emergencies or danger active in the hospital, in this case the name of the soundtrack is code silver, which is a reference to obviously the code silver; code silver means theres an armed person, or active shootout, which is funny cause we cause an active shootout in the contract.
The bass on Simon Viklund's tracks is insane. Also anyone notice how this track in particular is the most similar one to the future payday 2 tracks he would make later on?
love the crows screeching in 04:12, it's all screams about upcomming death and giving huge graveyard atmosphere, like there is a lot of corpses and there will be more. like hospital going to become one huge morgue.
I think this would actually be better if it was organised as stealth, anticipation, assault, control escape for this specific track because the control was designed as a creepy interlude that only comes after an assault has already happened, and the escape also fits better after the control phase
i was playing payday with a friend on this heist and someone was joining and it got to this bit 5:16 where it just kept looping for like 20 seconds until the beat actually dropped
I paused my game and it delayed the assault theme for quite a bit. so it kept playing for roughly 45 seconds before the assault portion actually started.

USA Hospital Emergency Codes,
Code Silver:
-agressive armed person in the building
-hostage situation
hostage situation is code purple, isn`t it?
code silver is a terrorist

Fun fact I took from a video like this one: Code silver in hospitals mean there is one or more shooters.
Huh
Never knew
Yeah like, it means situation with taking a hostage or armed man enters a hospital

I'm right there with you
Definitely a little unnerving for sure but also gives a sense of fear as well as uneasiness.

MY BROTHER

Must've been one hell of a drop when it finally came
Goosebumps when part of "preparing for assault"
5:53 hard to not headbang at that drop.
such an amazing track, the emotion it creates is incredible

That's the first time i listen to this clean version of "escape part", nice job.
Did you ripped it directly from the game?
yes i extracted from game files
i don't think simon made the themes to fit the heists, i think overkill made the heists to fit the themes. this is so fitting
CORONAVIRUS HEIST ROFLMAO
No it’s a l4d cameo
I've made a cut version without the 5:16 - 5:23 loop
😮
would you happen to have payday the heist and still play it
I think it's in PAYDAY 2 now.
At this point it's more PD:TH than PD2
