Phoeyu's Dimension (and other admin only places) can only be spawned if an admin join since admins can teleport people to other places like Phoeyu's Dimension.
I'm pretty sure the devs moved the box thing in thr sky, I'm pretty sure I saw the 3rd sea version once when fighting captain elephant and went to go get the quest mid fight and saw it, killed captain elephant, and started using sound flight skill to get to it but I gave up, and then more recently I saw the trial of the shark box for race awakening, It's in like level 5 or 6 danger zone by my estimate

i knew all and there is more hidden spots if you drive near port town into danger level 6 you may come acros the fishmen trail for v4 you can also enter it but you do nl damage or the thing where the awaikening box in 3 sea is its under the the big tree in the middle of turtle or that above the last island (befor uodate 20) is the room for dough prinz and a litle higer there is the box for dough kind
What about the rip_family hideout in the third sea? When your in level 6 you can see it in the distance above the castle with max graphics and if you have awakened light you might be able to get to it if you fly up for like 20 mins I tried it but I lost where I was going and found the temple of time lol
Also there’s another one that I found and it’s the place that the door on cursed ship teleports you to when you go to cursed ship. It’s straight out to sea from the main docks, but kinda far out. So kinda cool I guess
Divinity if you go to the second sea then go to the kingdom of rose port spawn a boat then drive straight for a long time then you find the cursed ships insides and if your below the level requirement and die after the cursed ship title appears you can get in despite being under leveled
The last one is only when the admin in your server, its because the admin has use a skill and make the place permenant and cannot be deleted. They already patched the glitch.
You could use the awken room only if you done a raid and didn't have enough frags but you did a seabeast and then you had enough frags than you can use the room with out a raid but if you leave then you would have to do a raid
If you get a boat and you go straight (on the port of dressrosa) you could see the ghost ship If you die when you are on it you could enter without beeing level 1000
I was in the last one, but there was also another admin place in the air, in that I was, it had the lightnings like the ones you have on rough sea and it was foggy
Me and my friend saw the admin only area like 500 times and we also found a random block that would kill you if you stood on it and spwan you in the one ship
