Wow! So many great moves from both Katie and Erik. I'm really inspired by Katie's movement here. She looks so in control and light on her feet. Excellent.

Katie is like... Awesome! Stunning agility! And Erik's parkour... Seriously! I want to see more parkour from him! I always knew his skills were good, but this is even better. He's pulling out some sick moves and distances, and obviously he's just having fun. Thumbs up!

Ahh :) Thanks ewe. We must train soon. Basingstoke sesh again some time? I may be down in Soton on Thursday actually… but I get the impression Redbridge thursdays aren't so much of a thing anymore. :/ Aaaanyway, I will message you some time soon so we can plan something and stop using RUclips as if it were a private message.
