Thanks for uploading a very informative presentation from someone who is clearly an expert. You mentioned cryptographic APIs that are easier to use that OpenSSL (and some research that has been done on ease-of-use) etc. Do you have a link to that research (or even suggestions for use other than OpenSSL).
