@@Asfalgadi cutpurse white elephant is the best in my oppinion with stats boosts to melee, grenade, and splash damage. Its fantastic on a URAD moze with a 150/50 facepuncher. Deals INSANE damage

The Burning Summit can be obtained after game ending someone in the mechanism of the Sellout side mission 20 times. So, you could get Zane's clone and press the button 20 times until you get the Burning Summit. Also when I clicked this video, I thought number 1 was going to be the Seventh Sense Call that you can only get from the Diamond Armory.
I’ve actually researched the burning summit, and apparently it’s literally just sent out by tyreen at random. The only way to get it is to play and hope you get sent the mail. Even 2k says there’s no dedicated way to get it, just keep playing and wish for the best
There's a certain number of times you have to kill yourself in the machine, dunno if its per character or per account, and it's some ridiculous amount of times too, I remember when I found out thinking "who the hell would use a suicide machine so many times?" Turns out k6 would.
I would also add the Maliwan Vault Hero SMG as one of the rarest as the only way you could obtain the item was through the Vault Insider Program which is no longer available.

I farmed two weeks for like an hour trying to get a urad Reflux and never got one. A few weeks ago I did the guardian takedown and got a urad x14 Reflux.
Love the list. 2 particular mentions. The 25 pellet stagecoach with a consec hits annoint (debatebly the only extremely useful one), and a purple tediore shock shotgun thats homing mirv and max pellets. Back in the day when people were tediore chucking themselves with a transformer the odds of getting this had to be extremely low.
I spent nearly a year checking every damn vending machine and purple rarity grenade mods after boss fights looking for a higher leveled Cloning Maddening Tracker (the last one I had was a Level 32); two days ago I got two Level 72 CMTs out of two different vending machines. Still kinda having trouble believing that happened...
I once had a mayhem 10 lvl65 Cryo boomsickle with 300%90 annoint and sold it without even realizing, needless to say I pay much more attention to selling trash now

I believe you get the burning summit is obtained by getting shot ad severely damaged by a cov enemy. I have concluded that because she says you are a great follower when she mails it to you. And when you take heavy damage, you're showing how strong her followers are and how you are helping her be more populer
First time i started my Moze playtrough, i looked up the best grenades for her, went to a vending machine and found one. Only now am i realizing the astronomical odds of that happening on your first try.

Upon my return to borderlands 3 I had a level 50 deadeye bekah waiting for me. It was so powerful I couldn't replace it until level 69. I'm debating making a new character and leveling it to 72 just to get a level 72 version of this gun.
getting 20 pellet anarchy is nearly impossible. I used to have a couple of those farmed since before their dedicated drop. now it feels like 3-5 % chance to get any anarchy. as in one in 15-25 tries. then there is getting the 20 or at least 18 pellets. if you're looking for the right element it's gonna take even longer. then there is slight problem I noticed that tediore reload that allows you to detonate it with a shot either allows enemies to blow it up or sometimes goes boom for no reason in your face. so that would be an unfortunate roll. but hell, at least when I finally get it I can at least reroll annoints now.

It’s insane how I have over 500 hours in this damn game and some items I have just never ever seen once lol. It’s crazy but that’s why I love this damn game at the same time lol
The fact that the cutpurse launch pad is only from the slaughter boss is the only reason I still use the melee one with my drone throwing out Fish Slap grenades and getting killed by the grenade every other minute.
as a moze main since launch i didn't even know the launch pad was a thing until now and after watching this video never intend to even attempt farming it
@I_Own_borderlands3 I have had 3 of those drop without even looking for them but I know it's dumb rare. I was farming specifically that kind of snowdrift and it was a pain, I still haven't seen a better one.
I think purple loot if you're not looking for it like maddening tracker can so easily be overlooked because you get to a point of if it's not a legendary then you don't look. Got a level 50 super shredifier still from a when the game first came out and two boom sicles, white elephant should not be so high just because the stats you want for you're style and player, got loads but at this point I have farmed agonizer more times I can think of, in the hundreds but no back burner
So what i have gathered from some digging is that burning summit is only obtainable from tyreen as a item sent to you via the mail system and to do so you must set yourself on fire many many times

@@verios44 Best content to compare to destiny would probably be the takedowns, the Guardian Takedown specifically. What they're adding in the new dlc is just a raid boss which is a big ass enemy with a lot of HP.

If people want Destiny-like endgame they should go play Destiny. Borderlands is and should be different. I am really looking forward to an actual Borderlands Raid Boss, though.
I once got a Cutpurse White Elephant when I was playing through normal mode w/ Amara. I took that white elephant all the way through mayhem modes because of the fact that it makes the Face Puncher a better Torgue Shotgun.
The summit easter egg is a reference to a famous clip from his CS go tournament days, he kills a dude, clutches up the round but walks into his own molotov i believe and dies, losing the round lmao
The Epic variant of the Host Shotgun also seems to be extremely rare. Idk what the world drop chances are, but I've been looking for Hosts for months and never see them. Such an awesome weapon for Moze mains.
To say that the Super Shredifier is rare is an understatement. I constantly play through the Slaughter Shaft, and have played the game since Day 1, and yet I only just got my first Super Shredifier yesterday.

@@toddhoward1015 what i know of no, i think When game launched it was a few months after launch That people recieved a random mail (which honestly i was looking into it and yes you actually had to down yourself with fire) and then tyreen would have sent it to you, but at the time if i recall everyone was using Night hawk lol but regardless yes had to down yourself with fire not a fire weapon so a barrel i guess?
@K6 Theres a small group of people on reddit that have been trying to figure out exactly what triggers the Summit to be mailed to you and the only noticeable thing is that everyone on the subreddit who has this grenade mod, has A. done the sellout mission and downed themselves, have done most of the cov related challenges, and have been been downed by their own fire dots. However, one person claimed to find a consistent method, which i myself havent tried but after completing some cov challenges and sellout sidequest, have an elite or higher rated enemy put a dot on you and theres like a 2% chance for tyreen to mail you it. Which to me looks like how you got it which is stupid lucky.
That burning summit grenade mod is funny as hell, its a reference to Summit1G dying in the last round on his first ever pro CSGO game. I assume you get it randomly from dying to your own fire damage, or taking damage from your own grenades or something, because in that game Summit used a molotov to take the site the bomb was planted at, and then celebrating his retake walked over the edge of his own molotov aoe and died.
One time i got a legendary torgue pistol, which had a fixed magazine size by five and corrosive damage. The thing with that pistol was, you shoot 5 fast projectiles which explode after some time in a big corrosive cloud of death and empty your magazine. I forgot the name but it had that alien thing on it.
I'm suprised the Bllod-Starved Beast isn't here. Only from Evil Lillith, shares a pool with the Plus Ultra iirc and the Muse. I only have 1 in my bank.
The way to obtain the Burning Summit has finally been solved. Even with those news, it still deserves the 1st place due to how specific it is to get it.
I love how unaware I am of these rare items like I have literally had a snow drift white elephant equipped for as long as I can remember and had no clue it was rarer than any other legendary artifact
Rarest thing I have it seems is the Backburner. Reason being is because in my experience of late Agonizer upon his swift death frequently relishes being a jagoff in such manner as to see all his legendary drops go down into the SAME PIT he rose from. Making them effectively unable to be investigated and meaning if ever you were playing before, be it farming, DLC or story mode(TVH) your loot from him gets mixed in with that junk in LL. So now not only do you have to defy the odds of: A.Getting a backburner & B.it having an anoint you can actually use. You now have to grapple with the unexpected third difficulty being: C.He doesn't be a complete dickbag and take his loot with him post mortem. To really hammer it home for folks on how much of a genuine pain it's been, I have a plaguebearer in EVERY element for at least 1 of my fl4k builds(I run 2) and at least 3 for the other. Between both I only have 1 Backburner I actually got myself, the others If not for a friends kindness wouldn't be mine at all.
Found online about the burning summit the description to get it says kill any entity 20 times with the suicide machine in the side mission sell out, so unless you did that then maybe it could be a bug when you seem to get it.
It's possible. One of the heart types is basically a joke (it's called something like Error_Wrong_Event or something simular) and will spawn three ghosts, with fairly high odds for them being Loot Ghosts. And since the Bloody Harvest items are part of the Ghosts lootpool, you can actually get them during Broken Hearts.
I got a boom sickle with consecutive hits as a world drop i was so happy when i got it then they added 5 levels so now its just sitting at level 60 and i am waiting to get a new 1 or for them to make something to level to 65
I had a Craders EM-P5 drop the other day from the Valkyrie Squad and... the gun seriously needs a buff to be competitive on M10. The speed boost you get from it whilst equipped is nice, but it's not enough to save it.
I wish the Sickle was still in the Wardens loot pool. All of my Boom Sickles came from him. And since it now only appears in X4's loot pool, I have never got him to drop a Boom Sickle, after killing him hundreds of times. I really want a Rad Boom Sickle with 50/150 Rad anoint, but I'm over the farm grind at this point.

My understanding was that the Burning Summit was a randomly given to random players.
I put Bl3 Burning summit grenade into youtube search and nothing comes up. It's really that rare.

I used to have a couple of those farmed since before their dedicated drop. now it feels like 3-5 % chance to get any anarchy. as in one in 15-25 tries. then there is getting the 20 or at least 18 pellets. if you're looking for the right element it's gonna take even longer. then there is slight problem I noticed that tediore reload that allows you to detonate it with a shot either allows enemies to blow it up or sometimes goes boom for no reason in your face. so that would be an unfortunate roll. but hell, at least when I finally get it I can at least reroll annoints now.

It’s insane how I have over 500 hours in this damn game and some items I have just never ever seen once lol. It’s crazy but that’s why I love this damn game at the same time lol

The fact that the cutpurse launch pad is only from the slaughter boss is the only reason I still use the melee one with my drone throwing out Fish Slap grenades and getting killed by the grenade every other minute.
as a moze main since launch i didn't even know the launch pad was a thing until now and after watching this video never intend to even attempt farming it

The rarest item I have run into is a snowdrift artifact with adds of pistol damage 30%, weapon damage 38% and movement speed 12%.
@I_Own_borderlands3 I have had 3 of those drop without even looking for them but I know it's dumb rare. I was farming specifically that kind of snowdrift and it was a pain, I still haven't seen a better one.

I once rolled a low level moneyed maddening tracker and it carried me through the mayhem modes with Moze, plus I never had money problems
I think purple loot if you're not looking for it like maddening tracker can so easily be overlooked because you get to a point of if it's not a legendary then you don't look. Got a level 50 super shredifier still from a when the game first came out and two boom sicles, white elephant should not be so high just because the stats you want for you're style and player, got loads but at this point I have farmed agonizer more times I can think of, in the hundreds but no back burner
So what i have gathered from some digging is that burning summit is only obtainable from tyreen as a item sent to you via the mail system and to do so you must set yourself on fire many many times

I used to watch your videos back when I first got into borderlands. Life got in the way and I wasn't able to get back into borderlands franchise until recently. @@verios44 Best content to compare to destiny would probably be the takedowns, the Guardian Takedown specifically. What they're adding in the new dlc is just a raid boss which is a big ass enemy with a lot of HP.
@@rFactoRHostageBanger Hardly anyone even plays the Guardian Takedown. Destiny style endgame content simply doesn't work well in the Borderlands format. If people want Destiny-like endgame they should go play Destiny. Borderlands is and should be different. I am really looking forward to an actual Borderlands Raid Boss, though.

Getting a saper com, anything with consecutive hits, and the perfect stinger sheild feels like the rarest things I've tried to get
I got a perfect stinger for my amara early on. I didn’t even realize I had it until I checked my bank after I farmed for a few hours for one.
I once got a Cutpurse White Elephant when I was playing through normal mode w/ Amara. I took that white elephant all the way through mayhem modes because of the fact that it makes the Face Puncher a better Torgue Shotgun.
You can apparently get the Burning Summit by using Tyreen’s suicide machine in Ambermire around 10 to 20 times

The summit easter egg is a reference to a famous clip from his CS go tournament days, he kills a dude, clutches up the round but walks into his own molotov i believe and dies, losing the round lmao
if you keep farming, they will come..., however, there's something called "mod editor"......
I just wish the burning summit worked like an actual molotov, instead of blowing up in my face every time I throw one
The Epic variant of the Host Shotgun also seems to be extremely rare. Idk what the world drop chances are, but I've been looking for Hosts for months and never see them. Such an awesome weapon for Moze mains.

The Burning Summit Rare Grenade Mod is rewarded after anything dies 20 Times in Tyreen's Death Machine from the Side Mission Sellout. She will add the Burning Summit to your inventory and send you another one by mail. You can only compete this challenge once per character.
Maybe the burning summit is given to you once you take a certain amount of damage by cov enemies of its given by tyreen or something even more specific that no one does on purpose
Ive actually done this Someone mentioned this to me a whole year ago, and i think it was given to everyone at a certain time or something to do with shift cause ive tries several things and this was one of them

@@toddhoward1015 what i know of no, i think When game launched it was a few months after launch That people recieved a random mail (which honestly i was looking into it and yes you actually had to down yourself with fire) and then tyreen would have sent it to you, but at the time if i recall everyone was using Night hawk lol but regardless yes had to down yourself with fire not a fire weapon so a barrel i guess?

@K6 Theres a small group of people on reddit that have been trying to figure out exactly what triggers the Summit to be mailed to you and the only noticeable thing is that everyone on the subreddit who has this grenade mod, has A. done the sellout mission and downed themselves, have done most of the cov related challenges, and have been been downed by their own fire dots. However, one person claimed to find a consistent method, which i myself havent tried but after completing some cov challenges and sellout sidequest, have an elite or higher rated enemy put a dot on you and theres like a 2% chance for tyreen to mail you it. Which to me looks like how you got it which is stupid lucky.

That burning summit grenade mod is funny as hell, its a reference to Summit1G dying in the last round on his first ever pro CSGO game. I assume you get it randomly from dying to your own fire damage, or taking damage from your own grenades or something, because in that game Summit used a molotov to take the site the bomb was planted at, and then celebrating his retake walked over the edge of his own molotov aoe and died.

The rarest item I’ve received so far has probably been the time I opened the golden key chest in sanctuary and it gave me a times 2 super shredifier
Cloning maddening tracker. I've literally never found one on my own. Everything else on this list I've found many times over.
I've only found two. Both times they were in a vending machine
One time i got a legendary torgue pistol, which had a fixed magazine size by five and corrosive damage. The thing with that pistol was, you shoot 5 fast projectiles which explode after some time in a big corrosive cloud of death and empty your magazine. I forgot the name but it had that alien thing on it.
I'm suprised the Bllod-Starved Beast isn't here. Only from Evil Lillith, shares a pool with the Plus Ultra iirc and the Muse. I only have 1 in my bank.

I love how unaware I am of these rare items like I have literally had a snow drift white elephant equipped for as long as I can remember and had no clue it was rarer than any other legendary artifact
Rarest thing I have it seems is the Backburner. Reason being is because in my experience of late Agonizer upon his swift death frequently relishes being a jagoff in such manner as to see all his legendary drops go down into the SAME PIT he rose from. Making them effectively unable to be investigated and meaning if ever you were playing before, be it farming, DLC or story mode(TVH) your loot from him gets mixed in with that junk in LL. So now not only do you have to defy the odds of: A.Getting a backburner & B.it having an anoint you can actually use. You now have to grapple with the unexpected third difficulty being: C.He doesn't be a complete dickbag and take his loot with him post mortem. To really hammer it home for folks on how much of a genuine pain it's been, I have a plaguebearer in EVERY element for at least 1 of my fl4k builds(I run 2) and at least 3 for the other. Between both I only have 1 Backburner I actually got myself, the others If not for a friends kindness wouldn't be mine at all.
That's not how dedicated drops work. It's either gonna drop or it's not, whether you get world drops with it or not.
Found online about the burning summit the description to get it says kill any entity 20 times with the suicide machine in the side mission sell out, so unless you did that then maybe it could be a bug when you seem to get it.
Umm...I had a Ghast Call drop while playing on the first day of the Broken Hearts event this year.

It's possible. One of the heart types is basically a joke (it's called something like Error_Wrong_Event or something simular) and will spawn three ghosts, with fairly high odds for them being Loot Ghosts. And since the Bloody Harvest items are part of the Ghosts lootpool, you can actually get them during Broken Hearts.

A Super Shredifier was the very first Shredifier I ever found in this game. At around level 30...

I got a boom sickle with consecutive hits as a world drop i was so happy when i got it then they added 5 levels so now its just sitting at level 60 and i am waiting to get a new 1 or for them to make something to level to 65
I had a Craders EM-P5 drop the other day from the Valkyrie Squad and... the gun seriously needs a buff to be competitive on M10. The speed boost you get from it whilst equipped is nice, but it's not enough to save it.
I wish the Sickle was still in the Wardens loot pool. All of my Boom Sickles came from him. And since it now only appears in X4's loot pool, I have never got him to drop a Boom Sickle, after killing him hundreds of times. I really want a Rad Boom Sickle with 50/150 Rad anoint, but I'm over the farm grind at this point.
