Ballet had always been a difficult thing for me honestly, growing up it was difficult wanting to do ballet considering the history behind it with people of color but now I can honestly say I don’t regret doing it. I love this so much,I'm mixed myself (black and white and some german) and sm times it's been hard to go out with my mom bc she's white and I'm mixed bc ppl will stare at us and judge us and say things to my mom like "you should have had a baby with your own race" or "what dose your child think abt her race?" And it's just sad bc I think everyone is beautiful and should be treated with respect and not have to hide there beauty
