Great cast, but the split-screens are really annoying, can you not switch to player's perspective full-screen instead- it is so hard to watch the game on a small screen.
Grubby blasted in showmatch doesn't looks so bad all of a sudden. I don't get how those orcs try to ignore curse + howl. It's immediately a 50% damage output reduction, going up. It's more than double the advantage bloodlust gives over non bloodlust - even worse than that actually if you consider it factors in with statues. IMO Orc simply has no choice but to include a counter in the build very fast. At the very least a shaman to keep that BM useful.
That was a great match. I watched it at egb.com/play/live/warcraft3. It comes as no surprise that Happy won it. I mean the guy became the winner in Gera Cup competitions 41 times! He is a very skillful player and it was such a shame knowing that he gave up gaming. That is why it's nice to see him getting back in the game.
Happy best sweeps all of them. I wrote to some time. Lyn could not make it. Grubby could have been connected if he drew the conclusions from the previous loss

Happy's micro is amazing so all credits to him. However, UD vs Orc is always the same. 3 UD heroes, with late game cova will always win out. DK coil is way OP against Orc and it forces Orc to constantly purchase items to try and be on even footing, forcing other actions, which is always a zero-sum game. Happy will go far but for Orcs against UD, it's a foregone conclusion.

Listen to the commentary - how many times do Neo/Remo state that there is literally nothing dying on UD side even with Blade hacking away? As for stats, what other stats would you go by? It's the longest lasting block of data. One person does not make/change average. Not the way stats work. While you might be right that it is different in Netease, that sample size doesn't overrun what has been collected for decades.

Look at losers bracket where he went with the basic meta and he crushed him. No heroics. Wasn't even close. As Ygritte would say: you know nothing Jon Snow.
