I watch these before going to sleep because it helps me relax cuz I feel like it's me getting massaged as I watch but then I fall asleep and I don't feel/see the massage and I wake up because of it and it's a vicious cycle.

Is there a lot of outside noises you are trying to block out? I notice soft repeated boom sounds as if you are trying your best to edit out traffic sounds, construction sounds or airplanes??? If so, it's very appreciated but still sort of noticeable :)
