On business trips I used to stay in the Holiday Inn in Al Khuwair, ( convenient and relatively inexpensive ), and I took that same drive many Friday mornings to go scuba diving. This was later, starting in the 90's, and carrying on into the 10's, so by that time the last part of the road had changed quite a bit, but most of it was still much the same. Very grateful for the opportunity to see it again. Thanks !

Wow. Empty land.... You don't see that anymore. Most of those houses before the British Council have all been torn down and replaced with bigger buildings. You could see she intercon from the main road... You can't do that anymore
