If your account is public and you are in the US, there is NO way to opt out due to loopholes and lack of privacy laws. Meta also asks for prompts that prove how your data has been used to train AI. This is total nonsense and very bad especially for artists. The only way to fight this is to push for legislation and regulation, and also consider leaving FB, Meta and Tik Tok
This doesn’t let you opt out, it asks you for an AI prompt that leaked sensitive information about your account, and if you don’t have that that, Meta will just send you an email saying your request can’t be completed
