You can't buffer QCF1, that's why doing multiple QCF1s is one of the hardest combo in the game since it's a just frame. Judging from what you said you probably input the move too quickly, you should wait until Paul recovered from df2.

No no, all those customs are separate. They're not a bundled skin or a set. You custom each part of the characters body and can give them silly weapons that are mostly just there as joke items.
I customized Paul with a clown custome. So every time I need to practice things other than match-ups, I select the clown Paul, 'cause he's a clown indeed.
