In literally 50+ years of watching cooking shows (I was a weird child who loved the Galloping Gourmet) I have never see anyone smash mushrooms, and it is GENIUS. I will absolutely be doing that in the future!

noah, just watched iliza on finding your roots. what a segment. i am blown away. as another ashkenazi jew with no idea about my family beyond my great grandparents, i was floored. and so touched.
Looks delicious! Also, I'd be the only one in my home to eat it as my husband doesn't like radicchio and my toddler has a very specific...toddler diet.... 😂 might make it out of spite 😂 thank you for keeping up with the effort and congrats on the the new addition!
