A person who's not violent or aggressive isn't gonna just magically become violent & aggressive because they get addicted to painkillers. You either have that in you, or you don't! Apparently Amber can obtain the money for Johnny if the jury rules in his favor, and she can even obtain the legal fees through some kind of insurance. Maybe acting insurance? There’s an attorney who spoke about it on a video and mentioned that the insurance thing isn’t something they want a lot of people knowing about. Who knows, really. All I know is that Amber is in desperate need of mental health assistance. She’s basically spit in the face of DV and SA survivors. For example: When Amber was looking Johnny in the eyes it was all black; that’s exactly how Rhianna explained how it was when Chris Brown assaulted her. Between that, stealing Kate James SA story, the audio recordings, and the weird shit Amber has stated on the stand- I don’t see how anyone is convinced she’s telling the truth.

    She admits throughout the trial MANY times that "she wrote the op-ed". Later she admits she is so proud of the article that she had it framed. Also, key evidence... The CFO at the ALCU says openly that after both teams of lawyers(theirs and AH's) picked thru every word of the op-ed that she asked if there was 'a creative way' to make it seem more like they where talking about Johnny Depp.
    The CFO admits he STILL wants/is waiting for AH to "fulfill her 3.5 million pledge" and whom also STILL wants her to work with them in an ambassador role openly admits she requested that they word the op-ed "more creatively" so people assume they're taking about JD. THAT'S VERY damaging imo. This testimony is really all they need to prove the entire case. The rest is distraction.

    • @jbeannie90
      @jbeannie90 2 года назад

      Ang A In addition to what you all said, I also heard that AH, her team, the ACLU & the newspaper all purposely coordinated the release of the op-ed to coincide with the opening of Aquaman, so they could maximize the publicity! Disgusting!

    • @anga9495
      @anga9495 2 года назад +3

      @@jbeannie90 Yes 100%. Despite AH's blatant lie on the stand... Claiming that she didn't have the opinion that the article could possibly help the movie, but that it may help the article gain more traction for the "cause" itself.... That is obviously total BS. They both advertise one another. It's never a one sided issue when you go public like that. All aspects have to be seriously considered... And with the 9-10 lawyers on this article there is no way they didn't cover that fact very carefully. Especially at that time when the MeeToo movement was in full swing, and she was clearly hitching herself to that movement with all her might. She saw multiple opportunities there and took it. And those around her also saw that opportunity and hitched their wagons to her voice within that cause. Why else release that article the DAY BEFORE the movie release? She lies so much on the stand it's crazy she isn't in jail. I mean don't they want people to take perjury seriously? I'd think after this either the US or England would want to make an example of her for toying with words and false claims. We all know Australia has already begun investigating her due to multiple crimes, including perjury. She's clearly a liar about many things. She also has many people coming forward about her serious cocaine addiction coming forward. She lies that she hasn't done coke since she was 18. Just two examples of her very serious lies on the stand.

    Amber's biggest problem is her ego. She could've easily won this case by going small. If she would've claimed emotional abuse and like you said claimed she didn't actually write the op-ed she could've probably been able to handle that role. She had to play the role of the hugely victimized abuse victim. She just doesn't have the range. She's a terrible actress and a terrible human being. She's cold and calculating. You can tell that she would throw anyone in her life under the bus if it suited her needs. Dr Kerry's diagnosis was spot on. People with borderline personality disorder need everyone to love them, usually are very charming but because they have an obsessive need to be the center of attention, people first love being around them but get tired of them eventually. That's why she has alot of ex friends but no close friends.

    Steven, Just want to thank you for coming forward with the truth you know about AH. I put up with domestic abuse for 5 years when I was in my 20s. As a victim of abuse, I could see she was lying from the first time I started seeing this mid-trial. I was not a huge JD fan but never heard of her before this so I had no real opinion either way....until now. No one deserves to be abused, male or female! Thanks again for doing your part for the truth!

My point is that she can't keep her story straight. She makes it sound she never did drugs or hit Mr. Depp but she's contradicted her story more than once

      She was an IV cocaine user, I know the guy who used to sell it to her and use with her in Santa Barbara. That doesn’t necessarily have major implications relative to this case but it is important because she is/was a heavy drug user and it just goes to show she is not honest and is trying to cover up her past

I can’t wait to hear more of the continued adventures of Steve. Love how Jason keeps the plot going. You are both so entertaining! Please make a series or perhaps a playlist of “Things that can only happen to Steve”, even beyond the Amber stories! And yes PLEASE SPARE NO DETAIL, Steve. It’s not boring at all! I’d love a Live long format show of you guys chatting too- you’re so entertaining!
    And if you guys watch the trial, “Legal Bytes” has on a rotating cast of lawyers, one of which is watching this spectacle cold as our “juror”. It’s an added dimension to watching the trial alone. Maybe you could super chat once a day with questions alluding to your experiences & to promote your channel? Emily D Baker also has great live coverage with commentary & her channel is also blowing up also. I’d love to see that happen to you too!

    It's interesting how Johnny was the first of the two to report on the abuse to *DR. LAURAL ANDERSON,* & how he said he had always tried to *DEESCALATE* situations, and she agreed he did. However, not only did Amber not retaliate against any of Johnny's claims then, but she talked over him, making his *"VOICE"* mute.
    [Personally, I would suspect most men wouldn't bring up any accusation of abuse, especially, if he was guilty of it too.]
    When Amber was reporting claims of abuse she was always *ALONE WITH THE MARRIAGE COUNSELOR.* When Dr. Anderson observed abuse from Amber over the phone (By Ms. Heard hitting JD.), and saw photos of *"PROCLAIMED ABUSE"* to Amber's person (By Depp), in person, she didn't report it. This makes me believe, she believed Amber was a victim, while Laural hadn't heard much from Johnny. (Not until *the marriage was done,* and I'm thinking he thought nothing could be done by this therapist's counselling then.) But Laural said she *HADN'T WITNESSED ANY VIOLENCE FROM DEPP, PERSONALLY* either. Which is contrary to Amber.
    Then as Ben Chew asked Dr. Anderson why hadn't she condoned herself more professionally, her voice became choppy (Although, I'll admit Mr. Chew initially sounded as if he was choosing his words carefully himself. I also noticed he was trying to find out who started the fights without making Johnny sound like an a-hole for defending himself.), like she thought to cover her own ass, looking as if she came to *AN EPIPHANY THAT SHE HAD BEEN PLAYED.*
    When at first, Dr. Anderson sounded as if she tried her best to sound unbiased, it sounded as if she realized she was very bias by then end of *Ben Chew's questioning.*
    Dr. Anderson then admits Johnny said *Amber started being physical first,* but Depp didn't speak on the matter further, because he didn't want to infuriate Amber anymore, nor himself.
    [I'm guessing at this point is where Depp is beyond frustrated. Bottling emotions is never healthy.]
    Given the fact that Johnny shut his mouth about the abuse after the first concerns for help, then Laural stated he would always try to deescalate things; and, over the decades of him not being violent, to the doctor stating: *"SOMETHING IN MS. HEARD TRIGGERED JOHNNY,"* I'm guessing Amber was the aggressor, as well as the one to initiate the physical fights.
    Yet, again, we've no clue of rather Depp initiated the physical fights like Amber, but that's because by the end of Dr. Anderson's assessments things became uncertain.
    And, remember, Laural deemed argumentative actions as fights as well. Dr. Laural Anderson is a very confusing individual in her field of work. Unfortunately.
    [Obviously, both have mouths. I'm guessing, if Depp really slapped Amber over the "Winona Ryder," tattoo (Which would be odd), the reason why she remembers it isn't because she was innocent of anything, but because it's the first time he hit her back. Yet, we don't see her conveying physical violence to stop on his end, via text. When he's done so plenty of times.]
    She thinks Johnny *"MAY HAVE"* started fights on a few occasions, but *"LESS SURE OF,"* if the abuse started with him in reality. Why? Because she knows this is what Amber is claiming, without Johnny being there. Not once did Laural conclude *it was true* that Johnny actually hurt Amber first. 🤣🤣🤣 The look on Amber's face while hearing that... Priceless.
    She basically said on her deposition, *she didn't believe Amber wholeheartedly.* The fact that the doctor had Johnny complaining about being punched with Amber there... Johnny was screaming for help then. While Amber only did so privately without Depp, with Dr. Anderson alone, you have to ask yourself: "Why wasn't she suspicious?"
    *Lastly, let's talk about the defamation case as a whole.*
    SA and any other kind of physical 'A' exceeds anything over *the broader scopes of abuse.* Saying Johnny wasn't an angel with his tongue and/or his emotional demeanor means nothing; especially given the fact that there's tons of evidence showcasing Amber was far *worse in every implication of the term "abuse."* She not only abused him in private, but she abused him in front of others as well.
    I don't care who you are (People in general), if you're telling me *EVERYONE knows my wife makes a cuck out of me,* by constantly committing infidelity, you can't tell me that -- that isn't emotional 'A.' Especially, if she's letting me know that *within days of my mother's death that she'll cheat on me,* by having another man enter our home, then *making sure I know both of them are having sex* in the bed that I paid for -- for the both of us.
    Isolating my family and friends from me, to have your family and friends live in my home instead... Not only that, but because I would *no longer have any mental security* to gain from my confidants, you can have your family and friends *COERCE* me into believing I've PA'ed you on a plane, that isn't steady enough for me to kick you in motion amongst the sky; let alone myself when I'm *DETOXING,* and incapable to have the strength to do so is also asinine, as well as mental 'A.' I would later believe after finding out the truth that you'd tricked me, to pursue the many escapades you've ventured that I never knew about afterwards.
    Calling me a *"Baby,"* because I'm *tired of DV,* when I know such a thing is foreign to me is verbal 'A,' as well as an admittance to physical 'A.' Don't you think?
    If what Dr. Dawn Hughes said was true, that *THERE ISN'T SUCH A THING AS MUTUAL ABUSE;* there's only an abuser and a *REACTOR,* then Amber should be guilty on all accounts of *DEFAMATION.*

      @@brettneygibbs9047 Clearly not. Heard's cross-examination by Camille Vasquez proved that. I mean, really? Is it that difficult to simply answer a question with either a 'Yes', or a 'No'? I feel as though the prosecution team should've pinpointed on Amber's antics. If you looked at Camille's demeanor after the cross-examination, you can tell she was emotionally distraught the first day (She was crying) and exhausted the next. (Went from angry to *"THANK GOD, THIS IS OVER,"* Bitch.) By the end of the cross-examination, Camille was darn right venomous. That's why Camille interacted with Elaine, as if she had turned into both Elaine and Amber, during Elaine's redirect. That threw Elaine off, obviously. However, Amber took Ms. Vasquez _there._ You could imagine what Johnny went through for 5 maybe 6 years by then.

    wow, to see someone who knows AH and says the things he said from his experience is great. I wish this info could go to court. Unfortunatly it won't but then again, on a long term basis, one way or another, she will reveal herself in the future and since she's young, there will be many opportunities when this will most likely happen and then, those that were pro AH will remember and will know that it she was the aggressor. Obviously it was a toxic and violent relationship but I am so sure that if he'd grabbed her was to prevent more injuries and more hitting and so on from her side. If JD was really brutal and violent to women, would have have start being that way at 50+? would he want to send her to (a televised) court? Did she want the court to be televised? of course she didn't, because she had to hide something. Come on, you can tell who's being honest here. All the faces and her fabricated expressions of the abuse. It is an insult to the real Metoo movement. It only starts this Mentoo movement that deserves to be expressend and open, because yes, we women, we also can be brutal, we don't have to be bigger than someone to hit him/her. Look at dogs already, if they're bully, they're bully no matter the size and the same for humans. I am sad to know that the mainstream media had photoshopped tears in here not crying eyes, it makes me mad to know that her narrative is being bought by them. There must be something bigger behind. Look she's got a baby on her own and she wants to show the world that her way is good and perhaps, they want to use her new type of reproduction. I don't know but she's mean and you can see that from the way she's looking at the camera, it feels she's got different faces for different situations and she pulls the face needed to manipulate the situation on her benefit. I don't understand how those pro AH don't see it.
