Thank you for showing the progress! It’s great to see how things evolve vs a one day planting video. Much Appreciated!

Thanks Helen. My daughters will say being a teacher means I like the sound of my own voice! 😂

Thanks Steve. The pond is currently full of tadpoles and the pond and bog plants are finally starting to come back to life now Spring is finally here.

Thank you Donald. I had been planning it for some time and then desperately wanted to get it finished before the weather took a turn for the worse.
      Happy New Year too.

Thanks Becky. Yes - will do. The pond is currently all frozen over and looking rather sorry for itself!

What a lovely pond. I am hoping to install a wildlife pond in my yard this summer, but I hadn't thought of including a bog garden. What a cool idea! I'd love to see some footage of the animals you're seeing now too. 🐝🪲🐞🐸

Thank you. I hope your wildlife pond project goes well. I am hoping to install a video camera near the pond to capture some wildlife shots - fingers crossed!
      Good luck.

Lovely project, thank you for documenting. Are you happy with the turf surround? I think it would also look good a little less manicured and I think I’d let the grass grow long (but that’s not to everybody’s taste). Would love to see an update once the plants have grown in and fingers crossed for the frogs moving in soon 🐸 really well done 👏

Hi Sonya. I totally agree with you - I plan to keep the turf slightly longer - more natural. Will just trim it now and again.
The grass is still looking surprisingly good this time of year and nicely growing over the edge into the pond.
      Thanks
