Also, some minor correction regarding Key of Khaj-Nisut as I didn't do the proper calcs while making this video: At R1 it generally will lose to Freedom Sworn unless you have a TON of HP% substats or Hydro Res. However, its passive is relatively easy to maintain, though you have to build stacks for the first few seconds of the opening rotation which cannot be done off field and can be a DPS loss, but is not that bad and easier with C4. It also scales better with refinements than all the other weapons. So overall its still very good for Hyperbloom, and I didn't give it enough credit. Seeing that it is currently on the weapons banner, if you do get it but do not have Nilou, Kuki is the only other character that can really use this weapon anyway, so feel free to put it on her!

If you run hyperbloom, you won't need much healing anyways as long as you run Xingqiu. His damage resistence and knockback resistence makes up for most of Kuki's problems. Plus he has a small burst of healing based on his HP.

I definitely think Sapwood Blade is her best in slot craftable weapon. The EM at full refinement isn't much of a drop off with a huge bump to her energy recharge. If you can deal with the EM loss through other means like Nahida Q, DMC Q, Dendro Resonance, etc then the ER she gets actually tends to work well for her while giving a sizable buff to other characters or herself. Iron sting just doesn't suit her well and you might as well contribute more to your team with sapwood blade as a support. Xiphos is definitely her best in slot 4 star with Sapwood being very close but much more achievable.
Sapwood sucks. ER mainstat is pretty much useless on Kuki, and if you are playing Kuki in Hyperbloom/Quickbloom, the EM loss is a greater negative than the 60-120EM buff to any other teammate. Also, as has been proven multiple times, the leaf mechanic is absolutely awful to play with due to how inconsistent it is with having to go after it as well as its spawning locations being oftentimes less convenient and leading to a bigger DPS loss. Sapwood is only a good weapon on Bennett due to the BA and ER substat, but it otherwise sucks on everyone else, including Kuki.
I build her with EM artifact sets. And focus och EM, Energy recharge, attack and HP. If used with Nahia, Kokomi, Xingqui you will make Genshin boring. You will kill EVERY enemy in an instant even before you level Kuki upp to 80...
1 thing you didn't mention, key converts 0.0056 of hp as em, therefore at ~38000 hp she would be getting over 200 em from its passive alone. Triggering said passive is a massive time loss, but with c4 it can be done quickly and reliably.
Yea I didn't mention that thanks for bringing it up. It's a good option for quicken and quickbloom teams, but it's still inferior to the EM weapons in terms of Hyperbloom damage even with max stacks (Assuming R1 and calcs with my own Kuki)
Why? With enough hp on your substats key provides more em then freedom sworn plus you got the hp to boost your healing and it also gives em to your other party members. Yes you need to stay on her a little longer but for me that's totaly fine even without c4. Got her on 4pc guilded 3x em with around 45k hp with hydro res and it slaps.

I didn't even know there was until I found another one in my items and I was about to throw it out and then I noticed it looks funny and that it wasn't a dope later or a silver sword I took a closer look and I realized what it was and I thought that somehow I had found a secret or the game was messed up or something. But then I Googled it and found out yeah in Fontaine there's another copy of the dark iron sword
Paradise lost is really a good 4pc for Kuki but and im tired of building xiao considering ive built him for so long and didnt even reach the 200 crit dmg
Just a heads up, the Key gives around 200 EM even without building any hp AND gives about 70 EM to the entire team so it definitely will outdamage the EM swords in the game . It's very easy to stack with C4 too, doesn't take any time.

I was using em raiden nahida yelan xingqu - it gave hyperbloom of 28000per core. Then i replaced raiden with kuki with same em as earlier(849) but her hyperboom is 8000appr.x. Am i doing something wrong nd how does hyperboom scale?

Absolutely not. Hyperbloom only scales off the EM and level of the Electro character proccing it, so building Kuki with HP/HP/HB means your Hyperblooms are gonna do really little damage. Also, 4pc tenacity will only really help Xingqiu, but it will barely help Nahida since she scales off EM a lot and is completely useless for Yelan since she scales off HP. Kuki should almost never be built with HP/HP/HB these days. Additionally, Nahida should not be built with full EM. She is a support, but also a DPS. Building her without DPS stats is just throwing damage away.

Since you are going to be playing a quickbloom team, what I recommend is running Deepwood on Nahida, Gilded on both Kuki and Alhaitham. Considering Hyperbloom and Alhaitham's mirrors are going to be your main source of damage, Gilded is more suitable for them as Gilded is a damage focused set. Deepwood is a more of a supportive set which is why Nahida is generally the Deepwood holder
Hi, i'm here to tell you that her burst scaling is actually pretty insane. It has higher scalings than both of niluo burst hits together or 1 1/2 yelan skills at a comparable talent level. Dps kuki is a thing but is locked behind aggravate and her burst as her skill has no damage. Build full Hp with some em an crit stats, let her burst rip an you will see.
While you are not wrong on the scaling, it's still not very impressive for something which has almost 80% downtime (and that's even if you can get permanent Burst uptime considering Kuki's not great particle generation). The Burst does deal okay damage with Aggravate, but in terms of overall DPS it's incredibly low. In an Aggravate team, Kuki's own teammates do more damage than her by a long shot. Regarding its scaling relative to Nilou and Yelan. Well, Yelan's Skill hardly makes up the majority of her damage, and Nilou's Burst is nearly useless in Bountiful Cores playstyle. I think comparing their scalings isn't very apples to apples, since they are so different from each other. The numbers are one thing to look at, but practical use cases such as downtime or overall DPS are much more important. Kuki's Burst scalings are definitely far from insane, if anything they are pretty dogshit.
In general, I'm not a very big fan of Fridge. The whole concept of Fridge is that it gives a bit more defense as you can keep the enemy frozen while triggering hyperblooms, but I'd just rather opt for double Hydro with Yelan + Xingqiu if possible. Fridge is quite annoying to play especially when not in single target scenarios and it also sucks against non freezable enemies
Yes. That's pretty much the same team I use with Cyno except I use DMC instead of Nahida and sometimes use Yelan instead of Xq. Only problem with this team is that Kuki will proc very little Hyperblooms due to Cyno's fast Electro application, so her role is more aligned to a healer. But it's still a decent enough team to get by.

No, not really. Kuki is super easy to build so you don't need any tips from me. Though I would ask you to consider running Xingqiu/Yelan instead of Zhongli here, as unless your characters are very very highly invested, a Quickbloom team will generally do better than a Spread one.

You can use Barbara, but she will have to be the on field character as that's the only way to consistently apply Hydro to create Blooms. You can run Babs/Nahida/Kuki and have a flex slot, in your case likely another Dendro character like DMC.

Her C2 is a great quality of life improvement, as you can maintain constant skill uptime, comparing to having to wait 3 secs for the skill cooldown. It's just like C1 Hu Tao, it's fine to not have it, but it's more comfortable to play her if you do

Just give nahida em up to about 700 (and some er if u want) for a weapon widsith or magic guide work well and the craftable mappa mare for artifacts 4 pc deepwood or 2 pc em or dendro dmg bonus basically a normal nahida build u could just make it more of a dps or not if u wanted to
I wouldn't use Raiden in that team, as she procs too much Electro which means Kuki won't be the one activating Hyperblooms. You should just use either Raiden or Kuki built with full EM and another teammate
Nahida is clunky on field due to her AAs just not being that amazing without C6. Its not that she can't, its just that there are better options overall that will offer better damage. Nahida's main purpose is her TKP, not from her AAs.

I have a C6 Kuki while pulling for Nilou. Didn't want her at C6, but I got her so, yeah she's pretty awesome. And yes I got Nilou too, lol.
Finally pulled her from the standard banner lol luckily I had a bunch of EM Artifacts already due to having farming for Nahidas artifacts lol

Her healing is enough. I just use this advanced strat called "resetting the abyss chamber when I die"
just get her skill leveled up and get her up to 30k hp and then she can heal better than benny

You're going to need to use Barbara on field. Otherwise you won't be able to proc enough blooms to do damage.

Any other Dendro off-fielder will be good since they give Dendro resonance. Yaoyao, DMC, Collei are all good

Just give nahida em up to about 700 (and some er if u want) for a weapon widsith or magic guide work well and the craftable mappa mare for artifacts 4 pc deepwood or 2 pc em or dendro dmg bonus basically a normal nahida build u could just make it more of a dps or not if u wanted to

I wouldn't use Raiden in that team, as she procs too much Electro which means Kuki won't be the one activating Hyperblooms. You should just use either Raiden or Kuki built with full EM and another teammate

Nahida is clunky on field due to her AAs just not being that amazing without C6. Its not that she can't, its just that there are better options overall that will offer better damage. Nahida's main purpose is her TKP, not from her AAs.

Sure, good for you, but that's a stupid argument. Almost no one is going to be lucky enough to be able to get a full set from pure abyss runs, especially since EM mainstat has the lowest drop rate. Also, idk why you bring up Deepwood when that's not even the set paired with Paradise. I also explicitly stated in the video that Paradise was not a set worth farming since Deepwood/Gilded are much better value, so I fail to see any point you are trying to make
