- 🍓🍓 Strawberry Tiramisu - No Egg, No Oven, No Condensed Milk! This Strawberry Tiramisu recipe is an easy, economical and delicious dessert to enjoy with the family.

🛒 Ingredients (30 x 20 cm / 11.8 x 7.8 in):
🔸 26 ladyfingers / savoiardi
🔹 250 g mascarpone (1 cup + 2 tbsp)
🔸 500 ml whipping cream (2 cups)
🔹 100 g icing sugar (¾ cup)
🔸 500 g strawberries (1 lb)
🔹 80 g sugar (⅓ cup)
🔸 15 ml lemon juice (1 tbsp)
🔹 60 ml limoncello (¼ cup) (optional)
🔸 100 ml water (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
🔹 freeze-dried or powdered strawberries for garnish (optional)
🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Wash and dry the strawberries. Remove the stalk and cut them into small cubes. Put them in a bowl with the 80 g of sugar and the lemon juice. Mix well, cover and let stand for 45 minutes.
2️⃣ Strain the strawberries to separate the syrup. Pour the limoncello and water into the syrup; mix.
3️⃣ Mash the strawberries with your hand blender to a fine puree.
4️⃣ In a large bowl, put the cold whipping cream, mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar. Beat with your electric beaters until it whips (it should be firm but creamy). Add the strawberry puree and integrate it with a spatula using wrapping movements.
5️⃣ Cover the base of the ceramic or glass baking dish with theladyfingers soaked in the syrup. Spread a generous layer of the strawberry cream on top of them.
6️⃣ Place the ladyfingers and finish with another layer of cream. In this case, I have put a very thin layer and the rest by making small mounds with a piping bag, to give it a more colorful finish.
7️⃣ Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours. It is better from one day to the next.
8️⃣ Before serving the strawberry tiramisu, grind a handful of freeze-dried strawberries in your blender and decorate the surface of the tiramisu with the resulting powder. The strawberry powder, besides being very visual, gives it an acid touch that contrasts very well with the sweetness of the dessert. You can top it off with a strawberry in the center.
