We too do the pizzas on the Webber with the pizza stone. We take our pizza off the silver plate for the last 5 mins and put directly on the stone to get nice and crispy. Wow the farmstay looks great.
That is a great tip about the pizza stone! We have definitely been enjoying our pizza nights!

We have a day called groundhog day every February 2nd
Someone has the groundhog outside, if the shadow can't be seen, we have 6 more weeks of winter
If the shadow can be seen, we have an early spring

I use to live on a farm with sheep, I use to feed the shearers when they came. I would cook morning and afternoon tea, and lunch cooked for them.

@ I grew up in NE Victoria and the farming was hugely different...to Bordertown farming. Crazy people out in tractors at 3am, wasn't anything I had seen before. heh It was cool to see another side of farming.
I still recall the first time I had to round 300 head of sheep through 3 paddocks, I was giggling like a little school girl lol
