      Q​@@irishbakerabroad Google translates it for free. It says in France, they have a fermented milk, Breton, called Robot milk, which is perfect for this recipe .

    Where would you purchase the high loaf pans used with this bread? I can’t find them here in the USA. Would it be about the same as a Pullman loaf pans used with here?

    You said something about the yeast blooming but as far as I could tell you hadn't added any water or buttermilk yet???

    Can I use self raising instead of strong flour what is the difference love your cooking.

      Self raising flour is used for pastry and non yeast breads. Use strong bread flour or All purpose if you can’t find any ☘️
