Where do you order from or your package ship from? I never get a bag or pillow and barely got a holiday box and order weekly through December. It is very frustrating.
Hi. I purchased these at dior.com(US). You get the bag and the pillow if you purchase from their La Collection Privée. I ordered the hair mist from that collection and it came with a bag and a pillow.
